We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. Our aim is to make your night, and maybe even your holiday in the Cinque Terre, a lifelong memory and show you 'La dolce vita.' I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. We offer you a tour of the 5 Terre with the fascinating view of the countries from the sea and we can arrive with the boat right near the "Protected Marine Reserve" of the National Park. We will leave from the small port of Manarola and I will make you take some spectacular photos of the village that can only be made from the boat and from some points that I know and that allow you a particular recovery. We will then go to Riomaggiore where you can see the characteristic small port and the beautiful colored houses and then we will go to Corniglia which is the only one in the 5 Terre that is not near the sea but above the hill. After we will arrive to Vernazza, where you can admire the church located directly on the beach and then we cruise to Monterosso where you will see the beautiful beaches. During the navigation we will also go to some small sea caves, known only by old fishermen, where we can arrive only with boats like mine. If we are lucky we could see the dolphins or look for the nests of the seagulls scattered on the cliff overlooking the sea On sunny days you could even take a trip with the sunset that makes the villages even more fascinating. Other things to note In case of bad weather or rough seas the tour will have to be canceled. If possible, I will propose another date or you will get a refund . The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. As we wander, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about local traditions, interesting facts, activity ideas and restaurants. Viajaremos juntos a través del tiempo y descubriremos ángulos ocultos de Génova. Descubriremos su belleza y su encanto. Famosa durante el Gran Tour, hasta el punto de ser elegida como ciudad donde pasar un mayor período de tiempo y fuente de inspiración para escritores, poetas, cantantes y actores. Ven conmigo a sentir algunas de sus emociones también !! Nos reuniremos en la casa de Colón para entrar a la ciudad a través de las murallas de la Barbarroja (1100 ac). Juntos descubriremos una plaza escondida con un pasado dramático, descubriremos el origen de Génova, su significado y dónde nació. Inmediatamente después descubriremos quién fue Embriaco, un héroe de la ciudad y una iglesia preciosa. Caminaremos por plazas particulares con nombres evocadores. Conoceremos la historia de una bella dama que inspiró a Botticelli. Después de una pausa de un helado, visitaremos la Catedral, veremos el árbol que da fortuna a la ciudad, veremos dónde vivía Einstein. Descubriremos la plaza San Matteo con sus leyendas y tesoros. Nuestro recorrido terminará en la Piazza de Ferrari y el Palacio Ducal, donde Paganini estuvo en prisión y están esculpidos los enemigos de la República. It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano all blended with olive oil. Then, learn how to prepare home made Tagliatelle! Sit with your host and enjoy the fruit of your labour and taste the second course ( typically fried anchovies ). Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dish tasting with your local host. You will also taste fine local Italian wine.. Finally enjoy the gelato or dessert with some coffee. Con los dos capitanes Steeven y Christian, empezaremos desde el puerto deportivo de Manarola para descubrir el primer pueblo de Riomaggiore (haciendo una parada en cada pueblo para tomar fotos del mar, todo esto siempre cerca de la costa), volveremos a regresar desde Manarola y continuaremos hacia Corniglia, el único pueblo que está a 100 metros del nivel del mar,nos detendremos para nadar y hacer esnórquel, a bordo te ofreceremos beber, visitaremos cuevas accesibles solo por el mar, llegaremos a Vernazza uno de los pueblos más queridos por los turistas, y al final llegaremos a Monterosso, el pueblo más grande, y admira sus playas. Saldremos de la costa para admirar la puesta de sol y volver tranquilamente. Al final del recorrido podrás bajar a Manarola o Riomaggiore.
