Lovely place! Hosts were so helpful and friendly and even sent us a wedding card as they knew we were getting married!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Doppelhaushälfte in Rochester sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz direkt in der Einfahrt – super praktisch, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge: Canterbury erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, und nach London kommt man je nach Zugverbindung in 30 bis 60 Minuten. Auch Dover ist nur eine Stunde entfernt. Wir haben sogar einen Tagesausflug nach Cambridge gemacht – die Fahrt dauert zwar etwa zwei Stunden, aber es lohnt sich definitiv. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. An kühleren Abenden haben wir den Elektroofen genutzt, der schnell Wärme spendet und zuverlässig funktioniert. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um den Südosten Englands zu erkunden – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Super Gastgeber, die Kommunikation und Abwicklung liefen super einfach. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Had a good 2 night stay at Naomi's place. Had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Good size TV and comfortable sofa with no problems with wifi. Also Naomi sent messages with regards to walks in area and great places to eat. Thankyou Naomi. Steve & Debbie.

Beautifully quiet and spotlessly clean ground floor apartment; cosy and warm with a comfortable bed and good strong shower. Very close to the town centre (only 5 minutes walk) and although it's on a relatively busy road there was very little traffic noise. Anna was a gracious and helpful host. I thoroughly recommend the place, it's a great place to stay.

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Clean, tidy, quiet apartment with easy parking. Clear instructions to get in, milk and tea left for us in the kitchen. Exactly what we wanted and all very easy.

Our stay at Mia’s place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Everything was clean and as described, and she provided clear instructions for how to access everything.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

We had a fantastic family stay at 3A Seaforth Road in Southend. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was great having a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room for the kid to play and unwind. The location is ideal – close to the beach, parks, and local shops, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was easy, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back for another family break and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Would come again, lovely and secure parking.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Had a lovely few days of exploration and relaxation at The Garden Room, Diana was so warm and welcoming. The view is even better in person and the place itself has a super cosy vibe while still being private. Diana’s hand drawn maps for different walking trails were so helpful too! Have already recommended to friends and definitely hope to be back.
