Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

An amazing stay, host was VERy fast at responding and all directions were very easy to follow! Will be back here again! Also the space was great and large to fit my family!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

Great stay for 1 or 2 people, the location has great amenities and in very walkable location with plenty of food around. Apartment was very clean and well stocked with household essentials. Fred also went above and beyond and put balloons with rose petals around the room for my girlfriend’s birthday! Would recommend 100%!

Samatha was nothing but sweet and nice the whole experience we had for my sons 13th bday was so priceless thanks to her we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful house and wonderful hospitality thank you again so much Samantha for making my sons trip more than wonderful

Oh my goodness my family and I absolutely loved staying in Shelly’s home. The first thing I noticed was how clean and pretty everywhere was, even the bathrooms were spotless, which made the clean freak inside me happy. We really appreciated how comfortable the beds were and that there were extra blankets, towels, linens, and toiletries. The kitchen was fully stocked as well with everything a family would need. My siblings and I loved that it took less than five minutes to walk to the beach, so we were able to go each day. Last but not least, I loved how safe and quiet the neighborhood and home was. The private driveway for our two cars to park gave us peace of mind at night. The check-in/check-out was so easy and smooth. Shelly was so nice, and her communication was proactive, so we were never left wondering what to do/when. Overall, we loved our stay and visit to Long Beach!

Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

Marteese was an excellent host and very responsive. The home was clean and very spacious. I really appreciated how central the home was to several areas we visited, which made it easier to get around in the LA traffic.

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Disneyland, which made getting to and from the parks super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to any family visiting the area!

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

The house was nice, and centrally located to the places that I needed to go during my visit. For the most part it was pretty quiet/peaceful. It is close to the highway so you do get some occasional road noise from people with really loud cars, but its not super often and we didn't really find it to be a major issue. We are both around 6' and did find the dining room chairs and couch to be kind of small. They just seemed to be designed for shorter/more average height people. Again, its not really a big deal. The bathrooms/showers are nice. It seemed like there might be a drainage/smell issue in the guest bathroom but it wasn't a huge deal. Leaving the window open and using the bathroom vent would generally take care of it. Uber/Amazon do have a hard time finding this house (I am not sure why). Frequently you will be dropped off at the neighbors address, or your orders will be sent there. It is what it is. Overall it was a great location/experience for what I needed.

The studio is a perfect space to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. Very convenient for parking access if you rent a car or have friend taking you around. Also the building is set in a great area of Hollywood that is more walkable and accessible if you don’t want to be in a car for the rest of your day. The space was very clean and comfortable to rest our heads. And outside the window is a nice view of the rooftop pool and a bit of the skyline. Unfortunately the pool/spa was under renovations during our stay. But will definitely book the space again in hopes that that perk will be availed next time. And lastly but not least , Nic is a great host who is very responsive, friendly and informative. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Me and my fiance LOVED staying at this cozy apartment in long beach. The location is perfect for exploring all of LA. On the days we didn't feel like going far or driving, it was great to hang out and explore the local restaurants/attractions. It had everything we needed, and the right amount of space. The host Jeanette was very responsive and helpful throughout everything. The parking wasn't as far as I thought it'd be, although having free parking alone was a great perk. Super cozy apartment, with a nice balcony view. I loved that this apartment had sun blocking curtains,as other rentals sometimes have none. I'd greatly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay,not too far from DTLA but also just far enough to have some peace. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the area itself seemed pretty safe. The host being attentive left a good impression on us as well. This is deff a rental we will be returning to on our next visit.

My family was very happy with Robert's place. Convenient location, very quiet. Our family of 4 fit right in. Amenities were great. Wifi was strong, play station 5 was perfect for my son. Bed was comfortable, kitchen complete. It was an overall perfect experience and I highly recommend Robert's place. 5 star!!

Had a great stay here, location was fantastic and very close to local amenities and walking distance to some tourist spots e.g. walk of fame etc. central within LA so a good location to explore other areas. Apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The complex itself had lots of great facilities although we didn’t get time to use them. Parking space was also a great benefit. Bella and Alan were friendly accommodating and helpful.

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay or a more welcoming host! The home was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind. Katie was so friendly, always quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. Thank you so much for the awesome place and experience!
