Heydi's place was fantastic, perfectly located, quiet, comfortable, clean, and convenient. While only being minutes away from tons of things to do from parks, restaurants, and other experiences, once in this spot it was quiet calm and relaxing. Everything you could need from laundry, a peaceful enclosed porch and outdoor patio area along with some very nice amenities such as a pool, gym, library, and even hot tub, this spot is everything would need and want. Heydi took every proactive step to make things as easy as possible for guests from arrival to stay to checkout. This is an ideal gem for those wanting to enjoy the parks or be near the airport with minimal time wasted in traffic, perfectly situated near every where you'd want to be while still offering some peace and quiet before and after. Heydi made our stay so much more enjoyable thanks to her thoughtfulness and accommodating approach. Thank you for a wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely cottage. It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. We loved using the private hot tub in the cool mornings and private pool in the afternoon. Hedging on the fences provided nice privacy. We only used our rental car once to make one run to target for s few groceries ( many beginning supplies were provided). Otherwise, we enjoyed walking to many restaurants. The owners were very communicative during the whole process. Very relaxing time.

2nd time visit, this place is homey and I love the lake in the back. Yes- you can catch fish in it too! Great location and value.

Perfect for our Disney trip! It was a great location and was super clean. The details were so cute and the perfect touch to create memories for my daughter. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it one more night. We will definitely be back! Another plus is the host is super accommodating with any questions or concerns and responds super quickly! 😊

Loved my stay! I typically stay at Disney when I come from Ohio, but took the chance on this beauty! Everything was as described, it was clean and every detail was thought of, including mini space heaters! Getting to and from the parks was super easy and parking was a dream. Thank you! Place is beautiful and well located. Nearby you will find plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and entertainment. Place was clean and had all the amenities you need. Unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub after a full day of walking through parks, as it seems it was not properly sanitized. We communicated with Daniel and he responded immediately. Aside from this hiccup, we had a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

Jose’s place was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had a beautiful outdoor, farm-like atmosphere that made the stay feel peaceful and unique. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. Just keep in mind that while some essentials are close by, bigger attractions and city areas are a bit of a drive, so plan accordingly. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing retreat!

Beautiful, charming, clean home. Small pool in the backyard was a bonus we took advantage of each day; paid the nominal fee to use the heater - nice option. Loved the entire neighborhood and got our exercise in by walking to the nearby restaurants/shops at Sunset Walk (takes about 15-20 minutes each way). There are free SIXT shuttles that go around the resort, village area and Sunset Walk; we hopped on one of those for a return trip from lunch. There is a large Target with groceries close by for all food/paper needs with a Starbucks inside. Location is perfect for side trips to the parks and Disney Springs. Would definitely rent this home again!

The unit was very clean and felt new. The photos accurately show what the place looks like. Host Daniel was friendly and very responsive, always answering my inquiries quickly and efficiently! Would stay there again for sure.

Thank you to Daniel for a fantastic stay at the Margaritaville cottage! The cottage matched perfectly with the pictures and descriptions and was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed an entire week of Disney, Universal and other activities within the Orlando area because of how convenient the location was to everything we needed. An added bonus was that we were able to bring our dog along on the trip. Thank you, Daniel!

Better than the description! The bungalows are perfect for a small family. My son really enjoyed the playscape that was literally steps outside the backdoor! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfy. Best one yet for me!! I hope to return.

Wonderful experience in this little condo inside a quiet and safe resort village. Temitayo provided very clear instructions for everything, from check in to check out, what to do with the key pads, and even where to find the circuit breaker. That last one came in handy when we came home one night to a dark entryway because a circuit had tripped. Everything was cozy and comfortable for our stay. I recommended this place to my friends in Minneola for their out of town guests in the future.

We reserved this cottage for five-night trip to Disney. It was perfect - great proximity to the parks while still allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle after a long day. The cottage was quiet, cute, clean and more than enough space for my party of two - would still be comfortable for four or more. It was also very SAFE, which was my biggest concern. There were manned security booths at the entrances, security personnel that patrols all night and very well-lit parking. There's also a lot to do within walking distance if you need a break from the parks. Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend and would rebook this place.

Loved this stay! Just the right size and price for our little family. And all the outside and inside amenities that were available. Definitely would recommend.

Muy recomendable este alojamiento. En especial si vas con uno o máximo dos niños. Solo tiene dos camas que son bastante pequeñas. En general esta bien ubicado y es bastante limpio tranquilo y seguro el sector.
