A perfect location right in the heart of Inverness. A warm and cosy place which is really well looked after! II had a fantastic stay here and I highly recommend!

Had the most amazing stay for my 30th with a big group of friends. We all loved every second of our stay. Could not have found a more perfect place to celebrate- great recommendations for food, walks. Loved having the projector and sound system too. Fab hosts, could not have been more helpful ☺️

The Presbytery was comfortable and so beautiful as to inspire me to improve my own home. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. All of the equipment was in great shape and not at all an afterthought. The beds were soft and warm, with plenty of extra blankets, all of which were beautiful. The bathrooms were large, with plenty of soft towels and lots of places to hang them to dry. The location is perfect--right across the street from what was a happening park even in the dead of winter--and just down the street from the grocery store and restaurants. The whole house was beautiful. I could have stayed there without going out at all and been happy. There were a variety of books to read, two sitting rooms that held my family of four easily, and a lovely wood stove that gave us warmth and entertainment. Andrea and Gareth welcomed us and looked after us as if we were treasured guests. We would love to come back and enjoy the house and Forres again.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

Wow! What an amazing stay at Ness Lodge! Zoe is an incredible host, as welcome as I have ever felt in any accommodation. Ness Lodge is the perfect spot for any stay in Inverness, highly recommend!

Pauline is an amazing and welcoming. Her house was spotless and the bathroom was huge, which was a major plus. She made us a delicious breakfast and even gave us some great recommendations for things to do and provided us with a map and a book to help us plan our day. We stayed for two days and had an awesome time. I highly recommend Pauline's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Inverness.

We had a great time in Drumossie Bothy. The place was so nice, very peaceful, everything was clean and the guidebooks were very helpful. The breakfast pack was a lovely touch. Helen was a a very accommodating host - my girlfriend and I were arriving late on the Friday and Helen kindly filled up the hot tub and started the fire so we could enjoy it that evening. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks again Helen!

This stay was great! It's perfectly situated, just a 10 minute bus ride from Inverness and the bus station is located right across the street. The views are beautiful as it's overlooking the sea, it's peaceful and quiet without any of the city noise. I would definitely recommend it for longer stays, especially since it's a great starting point from which to explore Scottish Highlands. Margaret is very nice and she takes care of the place beautifully! One of my favourite places I've visited!

A modest country abode that was very clean. We enjoyed our short stay in Beauly and had a wonderful conversation with Freda Wish we were able to explore the charming downtown and surrounding area a little more.

This was everything we needed for a quick few nights in Inverness. You are literally next to a grocery store and also within walking distance to many restaurants. The place felt very cozy during the winter time, and we got excellent sleep to help us be wide awake for our days in the highlands! Would definitely stay here again!

The Granny Flat in Tain is perfect for a short break. It’s clean and spacious enough for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The fridge was loaded with breakfast for my stay so no need to go shopping first. Ample coffee, tea, pepper and salt you name it I will be staying there again as I will be visiting Tain regularly.

Logement très propre et arrivée facile avec la boîte à clé. Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et les environs. Tout pour prendre le petit-déjeuner est fourni : thé, café, céréales, gâteaux, pain de mie et confiture ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Un grand merci à Renata avec qui la communication est facile. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour une belle étape écossaise.

Jennifer's place was brilliant! We were travelling with two young children, and Jennifer's place was clean, bright, and had a lift which made things easier. There is a washer/dryer which meant we could travel lighter and do a wash in the middle of the trip. Jennifer's place was super clean, with a great shower, and dishwasher too. The apartment has so much space and was really comfortable. Thanks Jennifer!

Felt right at home straight away. Stayed in a few bnb's by now and it's the thoughtful homey touches that really stand out. The coasters on the bedside tables and bathroom products really were a step above what we expected. Very clean, tidy and comfortable accomdation to explore the beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see Inverness and its amazing regions.

Susan and Derry are legends! If we could give them and their beautiful mountain view home 10 stars, we would! Their warmth and grace went above and beyond even the best Scottish hospitality, which says a lot. The homemade Scottish breakfasts were to die for. The room and the bed especially were so comfortable and truly every detail was considered in making our stay perfect. We cant wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay with Neil, Hazel and their cute dog Riach! I would recommend this B&B. Nice room with an ensuite bathroom with a bath only. great breakfast cooked by Neil every morning paired with a good conversation about whisky or food. It's a perfect b&b for visiting al the whisky's distilleries.

I had a wonderful stay at Ornum Cottage, a charming bed and breakfast near Beauly and close to Inverness. The peaceful and scenic surroundings made it a perfect retreat, and the location was ideal for exploring both the countryside and the city. The cottage was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a delicious breakfast that added a special touch to the stay. The hosts were attentive and provided helpful information, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ornum Cottage for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with easy access to Inverness.

Eleanor was friendly, extremely knowledgeable on local spots to visit. She and Grant were welcoming and their home provided 5 star accommodations.

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.

A perfect place for a one night stay on my way to Edinburgh. Just a wee bit confusing to find but overall Catherine's instructions were good...I just needed to pay more attention! Bedroom was lovely and bathroom clean and easy to use. Internet was a little bit spotty but I was able to do what I needed for work.
