What an amazing house to stay in. Easy to find, quiet location & and easy walk to the beach & the lanes. Would highly recommend this house. Decor is wonderful & looks amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Lovely stay at the cottage. Bedding and general furnishings quirky, high quality and comfortable.... except for the sofa. We had fabulous weather and it was nice to have the outside area to enjoy. Wonderful welcome gift basket which was much appreciated. More glasses and knives would be nice and a mirror near a plug outlet for drying hair. Otherwise, a great visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful stay at the Duck House. It was just what we were looking for and was perfectly placed for walks around the nature reserve and along the estuary. Loved having the chickens geese ducks and peacocks as neighbours, and special thanks go to the chickens (and to Lisa!) for the very tasty free eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this Airbnb to lovers of birds and nature or to anyone seeking a secluded retreat with green surroundings in the London / southeast area.

Place was perfect for me and my two kids! Really central location, close to shops, restaurants and a park. Really nice spacious flat with a great outside space too.

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

This place is a slice of heaven, okay it's a little more expensive than others but if you can I highly recommend that you splurge on this place. The space itself is blissful and surrounded by wonderful wildlife, the swimming lake is clean and fresh. The communication was amazing and Emma couldn't do more to help us during our stay. we had a massage on the jetty with Donna as we were lucky enough to have great weather. There is a lovely pub, restaurant and vineyard within walking distance. The local secret vineyard bottle of wine we were gifted from the team was very tasty. If you're considering it then go for it.

We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

Location, location, location! This is a great location for any tourist, it is safe and walkable to the Tower Bridge, crow jewels, Borough Market, London Bridge, Spitalfields Market, the underground, restaurants and so much more. The hosts is very responsive and happy to provide recommendations. Great communication before, during and afterwards. It is a very family friendly place too.
