Great condo near the beach and St. Simons village/pier. Several playgrounds are nearby and the pool is across the parking lot. Very friendly and responsive management.

This was our second stay at the condo, we love the location and ease of access to everything. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is our second time to St. Simon and it gets better every time. The place was very clean, organized and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We had a slight issue with the elevator when we first arrived and the realty company acted swiftly to come out to solve the problem and followed up with us before the end of our stay. Keep in mind the garage entry has a low entrance so some vehicles will not fit, however there is plenty of parking out front. We will definitely recommend to our friends & family and hope to be back again soon!

The condo was clean, comfy, and very close to the event venue we were visiting. There was plastic kid-sized flatware for my toddler, which was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast & snacks left in the condo were a nice touch!

A nice day good view of the ocean easy walk to the beach to pools and restaurant. You don’t feel like going anywhere.

Very nice unit. Very spacious for a party of 4 adult women. Everything was just as described. Easy check-in, easy to follow instructions, and optimal location that's very close the Pier Village. Will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place!

Matthew’s place is a wonderful stay. Easy to find and easy to get in. Your parking on the property’s gravel path is free. It’s right next to the beach (2 mins… even less). It’s an amazing location. The apartment itself is decently sized for a couple to stay. It has a sizable living room and a balcony in the back as well! Very clean and good amenities. Highly recommended !!

It’s a smaller apartment. But, they really make use of the size. It’s in an extremely walkable location with many bars, restaurants, music venues, shops, etc.. all right there. Shirley was very responsive and was flexible when we asked for a favor. We would both recommend and enjoyed our stay.

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

We came in town for a wedding at Wesley Church and Barry’s spot was 5 minutes from the location. Very cute neighborhood and the airbnb was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and it had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The rental had three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a well equipped kitchen. Nice little work area which was helpful during our stay. Close to Starbucks and a great BBQ place plus another restaurant just outside the complex. Pool was nice and the workout room was sufficient. Quiet complex. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, nicely decorated and very well-stocked—we had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a day of sightseeing. We were able to walk or take the train everywhere we needed to go, and not only was it easy but the area is so charming that the walks were as much fun as the itinerary we had planned.

Sara made me feel welcome, gave clear instructions and made staying in Savannah a breeze in a lovely location and charming ambience.

Since we had never been to Tybee Island, it was a new experience and adventure. The condo was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. There were 3 adults the first 4 days then our adult grandchildren joined us for the long 3 day weekend. The 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths for 5 adults was a great fit and plenty of seating in the common area. The location was another plus as a very easy walk to the beach and shopping and dining. We had one hiccup with the oven not working, but we were able to make do with the stove and microwave until a new one could be delivered. It did arrive on Friday so we were able to prepare our planned meals for the weekend. If we ever return to Tybee would definitely plan to stay here again. Thanks Stephanie

We had a lovely stay at Chad’s place. Perfect for our family of three. A nice quiet neighborhood and loved being close to Forsyth Park where our three year old could play. Chad was very responsive and had great local recommendations.

Such a lovely quiet place to stay on SSI. Super comfortable king sized bed, very nice kitchen and good tv. Easy parking and ground floor with a small patio. Heated pool was bonus! Thanks for a great stay Leslie.

This was a first vacation in over four years. I am a caregiver. This home was a gift…..that kept on giving. Welcoming, thoughtfully decorated. We did not want for anything. It was spotless. So many touches to make you feel personally welcome.Great location. We will be back! We will definitely be back .

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

We were not there much except for sleeping. So, I was thankful the beds were very comfortable. There was a nice patio we enjoyed with our morning coffee. And the two bathrooms were nice.
