We use rigid SUP boards, stable and professionals equipments, not the poor quality inflatables, if it’s your first time on a Stand up Paddle and you are willing to have a total summery experience, this is the right one for you! (ASK FOR DIFFERENT HOURS OF THE DAY WE CAN MAKE AT Sunrise or Sunset or whenever you want ) Depends on wind and sea conditions. We'll meet at the Siracusa small port. From there, depending on the wind and on the weather conditions, we will go around the famous Ortigia island or straight to the caves. Ortigia is one of the most characteristic islands of the Sicilian East Coast and you can have an amazing view over the entire ancient harbor and castle of Siracusa from the sea! I exceptionally decided to give you an option: If the day is good for waves, we can transform our SUP experience into a surfing one, going to the closest surfing spot - it's up to you! Other things to note Sunscreen and a hat, a t-shirt, to avoid to be sun burnt

IMPORTANTE: Tutte le escursioni vengono eseguite nel rispetto dei livelli del rischio vulcanico per cui, il tour potrebbe subire variazioni in base al livello di criticità dell'attività Incontro e partenza dal Piazzale Rifugio Sapienza presso l' Info Point Ashàra. Dopo un breve briefing, avrà inizio l’escursione che ci condurrà in cima a quota 3340mslm. Con la Funivia dell’Etna guadagneremo velocemente quota fino a 2500 mslm e di seguito con speciali Pulmini 4x4, saliremo ulteriormente fino a 2750 mslm. Da quota 2750 mslm inizierà la salita fino a 3340 mslm di circa 2 ore ove effettueremo 2-3 pause intermedie per goderci il panorama percorrendo dei campi lavici dall’aspetto lunare che ci condurranno proprio al Cratere Centrale dell'Etna, dove potremmo ammirare le peculiarità vulcaniche e geologiche che caratterizzano l’area sommitale. Attraversando la terrazza craterica visiteremo anche gli altri crateri sommitali. Successivamente, in discesa, divertenti sabbioni ci condurranno ai crateri del 2002-2003 e muniti di caschetto visiteremo un canale di scorrimento lavico. Dopo aver ammirato la grande Valle del Bove, ritornati a 2500 mslm la funivia ci riporterà al punto di partenza. I biglietti di funivia e unimog 4x4 (50€ a persona) non sono inclusi nel prezzo e dovranno essere pagati poi in contanti al nostro info point

We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic farm in Sicily, surrounded by Citrus, Almonds and Olive trees. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine! Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our citrus gardens and olive grove. We'll visit the gardens to gather some ingredients for our lunch, and then enjoy a fresh meal prepared by Annarella. You'll find out how traditional Sicilian cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, oranges, lemons, etc.. During lunch (or dinner in summer when it is too hot for lunch) we will taste our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, a tasting of our red wine Nero d'Avola or a white Wine Inzolia to finish with our Limoncello handmade of course. Looking forward to host you here at Three Farm Island. Other things to note Families are welcome. If you don't have a car, there are several buses and trains to Noto. Searching online: INTERBUS,AST orTRENITALIA for time schedule. When you arrive in Noto, we will pick you up.

We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.

On our 2.5 hours Street Food Tour you'll see the highlights of the historic center of Siracusa, living the island as a local and taste lots of local specialties. The tour always have vegetarian options! See some of the main sights of the city, including Via Cavour, the Jewish Quarter, the Local Market, and more. While you stroll around the beating heart of Siracusa I’ll take you to taste the famous Arancino, a traditional rice ball with ragú (bolognese sauce) that will tickle your taste buds. Savor mouthwatering Panino, stop by one of Italian most famous mozzarella maker, to taste the traditional cheeses and the best panino you will have in your life. As part of our 4th stops, taste the real Sicilian “cannolo” (with ricotta cheese). It just tastes like heaven! Finally, while we walk through the local market, taste several flavors of the real Sicilian ¨Granita with Brioche¨, (almond is my favorite one!) from one of the most traditional pastry shop of the city! Surrounded by a lunar landscape, we will learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its beauty and uniqueness. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness. Ci ritroveremo presso l’infopoint Syracuse Excursion e da lì saliremo in barca.partendo dallo spettacolare canale di ortigia andremo a visitare l’intera costa di Siracusa da nord a sud. Le belle paesaggistiche e storiche vi lasceranno senza fiato. Cullati dalla barca e dal profumo del mare ci addentreremo tra le rocciose coste della parte nord e sud della costa di Siracusa. Immancabile ovviamente la sosta per fare un bagno nelle cristalline acque.

Vi porteremo tra i paesaggi più suggestivi dell'isola di Ortigia, alla scoperta delle scogliere d'oro e delle famose grotte di mare. Avrete anche l'opportunità di tuffarvi nelle nostre acque cristalline e ammirare tutte le meraviglie che il mare offre. Escursione sull'Etna in jeep autorizzate e trekking per visitare crateri,Grotte e l'ultima eruzione. Il tour è adatto a tutti . Partiamo dal nostro punto d'incontro con comode jeep o minivan 4×4, in direzione etna nord est, dopo un paio di km ci fermeremo all'interno del Parco Nazionale accessibile con guida autorizzata,poiché ci sono circa 45 crateri laterali. Dopo una passeggiata di circa 40 minuti visiteremo 5 crateri, uno dei quali è ancora aperto e si potrà ammirare la dimensione reale di un cratere. In questa zona osserveremo tutti i tipi di lava, minerali, deserto vulcanico e piante pioniere del nostro vulcano. Dopo aver visitato i crateri,con la nostra jeep faremo 2 km di fuoristrada per scoprire l'ultima grande eruzione che distrusse il vecchio centro turistico. Infine con lampade frontali fornite da noi visiteremo dei piccoli crateri all'interno (grotta) e una frattura che divide l'Etna in 2 parti. La visita sarà effettuata in aree di interesse vulcanologico e scientifico. IMPORTANTE: Prima di prenotare verificate se abbiamo disponibilità scrivendo un messaggio. Escursione adatta a tutti anche per famiglie. Altre cose da tenere a mente. Se siete senza mezzo di trasporto dal lunedi al sabato c'è un autobus a pagamento che da Catania vi porterà direttamente nel nostro meeting point. Costeggeremo l’isola di Ortigia ammirando il Duomo,la chiesa si Santa Lucia , Palazzo Veneziano, Ponte Umberto I, porto piccolo, ex carcere Borbonico, Mura Spagnole, Lungomare di Levante, Forte Vigliera, Castello Maniace, la Fonte Aretusa, il Lungomare Alfeo e la Porta Marina. Si proseguirà alla scoperta delle grotte marine. Entreremo in questi anfratti della costa per ammirare stalattiti, stalagmiti, fiori corallini e tante forme originali frutto dell’estro creativo della natura. Infine, faremo una piccola sosta per un tuffo.

Algunas hojas y plantas se recogerán para imprimir más tarde en el estudio. Guiado por Helena, experta en impresión botánica, aprenderás todos los pasos de la técnica de impresión y crearás tu propia impresión sobre tela o papel. No dudes en traer tu propia tela. También es divertido imprimir con tus propios paños para darles una nueva vida y un toque personal. ¡La camiseta es perfecta para hacerlo! También puedes colgar la impresión en la pared o convertirla en un cojín, un corredor de mesa u otra decoración de la casa. Te saludaré personalmente en la granja familiar y te llevaré a nuestros viñedos, bodega y vinos naturales. Dependiendo de la época del año, es posible que participes en actividades vinícolas, como el embotellamiento. A tu regreso de tu visita al viñedo y a la bodega, se te ofrecerá una degustación de los mejores vinos naturales de nuestros vinos naturales acompañados de platos típicos sicilianos. Yo voy como amiga de un vaso sin aburrirme con las «técnicas de degustación» manuales. Será un momento agradable en el que compartiremos los placeres del buen vino y los productos locales.
