Sarah’s place was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach. Able to do the walk with ease multiple times a day. The beach items she had were very helpful for days at the beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Main Street area with lots of restaurants, shops and an awesome brewery. An even shorter walk to Bert’s! The home had ample space where you felt free to move around. The screened in porch was a great bonus!

Amazing place. It’s actually nicer inside than the pictures show. The rooftop deck was such an awesome escape. Having bikes, towels, beach chairs, etc was also a great perk. You could bike to downtown Folly in no time. Also very fairly priced! We’ll be back!

We very much enjoyed this private, peaceful getaway with abundant wildlife sitings right from the deck. Location on Seabrook was very convenient, a short distance to the dog friendly beach and other amenities. On our visit in April we enjoyed perfect weather and no crowds, the private beaches were especially nice. Tyler was very communicative and pleasant to work with. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved this spot! So close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed.

We had a nice stay at this cottage and it was the perfect size for our family with 2 small kids. We appreciated the coffee, spices & beach toys/chairs/wagon. The beach was so close and easy to walk to in just a couple minutes. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. With this being a pet friendly home (and we travel pet free) we found there to be a lot of pet hair on the baseboards and an underlying wet dog smell about the place. While not in the hosts control, the construction next door felt close and they blocked the driveway multiple times. I’d recommend some less sheer curtains in the primary bedroom with the lovely floor to ceiling windows, which look directly to the construction workers next door.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This is a great location in the center of it in folly. Really comfortable beach accommodations. Great for groups looking to enjoy folly.

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

So often rental properties don’t match the description. This one did not disappoint. Seemed to have been renovated recently. Spacious, clean, and a great view of the ocean. We loved it and Wild Dunes is one of the best resorts in the Carolinas. Will be back!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! Kristen anticipated any needs and provided amenities for all! The little touches like the beach towels and toys, as well as all the kitchen accoutrements, and multiple tv streaming options was impressive. We loved the area and we will be back!

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

If you’ve seen the photos you know this is an extraordinary place to vacation. The pool, boardwalk, and beach access alone are amazing. On top of that michael was the perfect host. Always fast to respond to questions and give advice about our outings. We loved the trip.

Overall lovely home right on the beach with easy parking. The kitchen light fixture was missing and one cabinet door was broken when we arrived and the kitchen and upstairs bathroom weren't very clean (dust on the remaining light fixture, some of the dishes put away were still dirty, sticky substance on the upstairs bathroom vanity) and the living room couch is a bit outdated - but aside from that the place was comfortable as a home base for our various daily adventures. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and the washer/dryer worked great. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The bed under the stairs is booked as a twin but is tight for an adult or a large teenager. The deck is comfortable and has beautiful view of the ocean.

Lovely stay in this beautiful townhome! The view is absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed for a terrific visit with family! Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, WiFi, dvd player and the fabulous balcony chairs. What fun we had! We hope to stay here again!

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

We loved staying at Lauren’s place! She decorated it beautifully and even put out the Christmas decorations for our family Thanksgiving weekend. The house was so festive. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed watching the alligators and the turtles behind the house in the waterway from the balconies! The beach was gorgeous on a cold winter day and we went for long walks and several golf cart rides. We felt completely at home and Lauren was so sweet and such an incredible communicator. Thank you for everything!!!!

James’ house was exactly as pictured and described. It was very comfortable and we felt at home. The layout was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had everything we needed, including a ping pong table. It was a short walk to the beach and perfect to watch the sunrise every morning.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa is even more beautiful in person—charming, stylish, and spotless. You can tell the hosts really care about every detail. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, which made every morning feel like a dream. Super clean, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.
