A really wonderful place for a couple. Nice views, private - a great place to relax. The house had everything we needed - in the kitchen and beach gear, including snorkeling. Kavita was always very responsive and helpful.

One of our best airbnb stays so far, the house was fantastic and the hosts were amazing. We spent 8 days here and would spend weeks more if possible. Highly recommend.

We stayed at sugar paradise with another family. It was perfect for us. We lost power for part of our stay so it was nice to have the energy provided by the solar power system. I would definitely return to this “paradise” again!

The house is lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable (there were only 2 of us). Loved the shower-lots of hot water. We had a few rainy days but the front porch is covered and perfect for reading. There is a grilled chicken/pork take out place at the foot of the street-the chicken was delicious, they also have very good empanadas. The island’s largest supermarket is across the street and well stocked. We loved our time at Sun Beach-beautiful sand and palm trees for shade. Stake out your palm tree early! We found our way to the Sugar Mill ruins which are very overgrown but interesting as well as the island’s oldest tree. We also saw the bioluminescent waters of Mosquito Bay-beautiful and fun. We took the boat tour but one can also kayak. There is a new restaurant called IL Norte which was pretty good but we agreed the best meal was at Sun Beach. A pop up grill with chicken quesadillas and the best rum punch! Fun trip!

Our stay here was truly magical. The place was spotless, and Lily thought of everything in terms of amenities. We were sad to leave and are already planning a trip back.

This place was very quiet and the neighborhood was nice! I would definitely stay again! It’s VERY VERY close to the ferry so you can go in to culebra. I highly recommend!

This is one of our absolute best experiences at an Airbnb! Was incredibly responsive, his house suited our family perfectly, was walkable to the best parts of the island, and we can’t wait to get back to Vieques to enjoy Aurelio‘s house again!! The little touches of meeting us there to let us in, offering us a piña colada gift basket to welcome us, and all the beach toys, cooler, and snorkel equipment we could possibly need, everything was over the top excellent!!

We had a great time at Casa Marin as a family. Easy check in, comfortable and reasonably priced. Backyard is massive with a peaceful patio area. Location is excellent for Esperanza and a good jumping off point for the small island of Vieques. Roosters are no joke on this island, so be aware if you’re a light sleeper. Not an issue for us, but I definitely was an early riser on this trip. Thanks for the memories and gorgeous beaches. We really enjoyed the beaches Navio and Cerro Playuela with the latter requiring a fun hike to get to it and both requiring 4WD with some decent car clearance. This made the beaches even more private and beautiful.

We had a great stay at Casa Carmin! The host was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check in early as well. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The host had stocked up all of the amenities we could need for our trip (towels, coffee, snacks, etc.) We loved our stay and will be back!

We find it wonderful... It was a little to hard to found but it was more of a problem of the GPS.... We arrive some minutes early and they were still cleaning but it was worth to wait... The host answer really fast... It had a lot of space for us... and everything work perfect...

This is a perfect beach house for a multi family or multi generation vacation! The house has a rustic vibe with lots of outdoor space. Full laundry and kitchen - we were able to make a birthday cake! There are 4 showers but no tubs, and it’s tricky to get some of them to be hot. There were also 3 beach chairs, snorkels and fins, some life jackets, and separate pool towels, which made our trip extra amazing since Melones, a 5 min walk, is a great snorkeling spot! Adults could walk to town, with the small children we called taxi vans. Enrique was helpful and responsive, thanks!

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

I had a great stay with my wife and two small children. The house was spacious with good amenities. Great location to restaurants and bio tours.

Another great stay. I cant say enough good things. Looking forward to next time.

Berto was very helpful. He let us check in early, which was great. He gave me a ride to the car rental place. The place is 2 separate levels. The views are beautiful. Beach waves are strong but if you walk 2 minutes to the left side there is an area what shallow calm waters.

Rosana’s place was perfect! We did a lot of our own cooking and had no problem finding things and have fabulous meals! Rosana’s was very clean. She provided plenty of recommendations and all the best places to go. We rented a golf cart for the first few days and then rented a car to explore the entire island. Mainly to beaches you couldn’t go to with a golf cart. We did a ton of exploring, swimming, snorkeling and relaxing! She provided beach chairs and coolers which enabled us to pack food and beverages for full days at the beach! I would highly recommend Rosana’s home for those visiting Culbrea!

Hannah, the house manager, went above and beyond to come meet us at the rental car agency when we were having difficulty getting in our car. The outside area was nice and the kids loved the pool. The property was very private. One thing that came with that was pretty loud insect/bird/frog sounds after dark. I’m sure many people would enjoy that but it was a little intense for me. It shouldn’t stop you from staying here but something to be aware of!

Janira was super attentive during our entire stay! She helped us with every question we had regarding our plans. She had recommendations as well. Everything was clean and as described. The house is beautiful and the backyard was to die for! My family and I had an amazing stay. The adults AND kids were happy 😊 thank you for everything!

Bodde en uke i leiligheten som ligger i ett stille og rolig område med kjempehyggelige naboer. Gangavstand (ca 1,5 km) til sentrum. Vi hadde ikke leiebil, men brukte taxi når vi skulle på utflukter til andre siden av øya. Dette er ikke noe dyrere enn om en skulle leie bil. Dessuten så er taxisjåførene på øya hyggelige og veldig serviceorienterte, så du får masse informasjon om øya og steder en bør besøke. Mye av denne informasjonen hadde du ikke fått om du hadde kjørt rundt på egen hånd i leiebil. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for strandliv og utflukter. Hvis jeg skulle reist tilbake til Vieques en gang i fremtiden, ville jeg absolutt prøvd å leie leiligheten til Janiela igjen. Kan virkelig anbefales.

If you want to be safe in the island, this is the place to stay. Nested in an old and humble location, but it's a very safe place regardless. It is very accessible to road PR Carr. 3 and it has good businesses nearby. Even when electricity and water services fail, it was a safe and resourceful place. Has solar panels and a big water tank, as well as solar water heater. You will not need anything even during a hurricane. Host Jesús is an excellent, super host who greeted us with all the basics. Water bottles and juice in the fridge, as well as some local fresh fruits. The house was equipped with everything you need in the bathroom; as well as everything you need to have a great day at the beach. A BBQ with everything except the meat. Washer and dryer works great. Kitchen was fully equipped plus some seasonings and canned goods. Coffee maker with filter, coffee, sugar, creamer. All you need are your clothes to enjoy PR's beauty. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

An amazing stay for our 5th year anniversary! Bill and Michele were fabulous! Michele met us at the home and immediately made us feel like we were home! The home was immaculate and pristine. Never seen an Airbnb so spotless! Vieques has a ton of creepy crawlers, none here! No bugs!! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The king bed was sooo comfortable! Oh! Don’t let me forget… the toilet paper was probably 3ply!!! Amazing!! Lol!!We felt safe and secure. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will be back for our 10th!! Thank you Bill & Michele!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cay! The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Photos are accurate, and check-in was easy. The pool/back patio area was our favorite place to hang out--how wonderful it was to see and hear the ocean all the time! We appreciated the cool and quiet A/C in the bedrooms, and loved the ocean breezes that flowed through the rest of the house. As others have mentioned, some of the fixtures show evidence of exposure to the salt, but hey, what do you expect from a house that's right on the beach? We loved our stay on Vieques at Coconut Cay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Loved this beautiful home. It was clean, AC worked perfectly, instructions were clear, very responsive host and conveniently located near the ferry, and restaurants . I would say if you are traveling alone and arriving after dark - I’d have the host arrange pick up for you at the ferry. While it may look somewhat “sketchy” because of the abandoned home - it’s a very safe area. (But exercise caution as you would anywhere in the world!)
