Such a great place to stay for a short break! The cabin was exactly as shown and described in the photos and was extremely clean. Really easy to find and only 10 minutes away from an M&S! Plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. The host was very responsive and friendly, it was really easy to check in and check out and we even added late check out in the morning. The hot tub was lovely and really easy to use, overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

We loved every minute of our stay here. The cabins were superb. Very clean and well maintained. They were even bigger than expected. The grounds were also very well maintained and kept. It was a lovey quiet place, and felt so homely. There was a ‘visitor/guest’ book left and it was so helpful with local directions etc. We have already started looking at dates I we can book to stay again. 5 star rating from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic weekend we had a few wee issues but expected due to time of year and extreme weather been having however James sorted this without any fuss and got us back up and running. Our pod was lovely and the hot tub was lovely and well maintained and clean. Nice and peaceful and just lovely to get away and relax. Very private and the views are spot on, we enjoyed our weekend that much we have booked again for my birthday in April, counting down the days.

We stayed 5 nights and time flew by. Beautifully designed cabin that has everything you need. Very calm area and cute villages to explore in the surroundings. Close enough to also visit Edinburg by car or train. Thank you for the wonderful experience! :)

Very nice caravan, clean, good facilities

Our stay was perfect for our two dogs, really quiet location and had lots of space to play outside. Really comfortable stay for us too, would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others!

In 1 woord geweldig!!! Nadat we de spullen hadden uitgeladen kwamen ze ons nog even welkom heten. Het huis had echt alles wat je nodig had en meer dan dat. De jacuzzi werd 2 keer per dag gecontroleerd. Het huisje staat echt op een perfecte plek rust ruimte en uitzicht. Ben zelf heel lang opzoek geweest naar een perfect huisje en iedere keer kwam dit huisje terug! Ik kan iedereen aanraden om hier te boeken je krijgt echt waar voor je geld! Super bedankt dat we gebruik mochten maken van jullie huisje.

Jane was a wonderful host going above and beyond making my daughters stay such a special treat.

David and Sandie were perfect hosts. They were very communicative from the moment we booked and were very proactive in trying to help make sure our stay with them and our trip generally went smoothly. Both were very welcoming and supplied everything we needed to feel comfortable. The cabin is well appointed with comfortable, modern and very clean amenities. The location was perfect for us to nip into the city but to also enjoy the peace and beautiful views on the outskirts. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this as a great convenient place to stay close to Edinburgh.

Would definitely use this place again when I’m next up Edinburgh.

We had a fab weekend staying in West Kip lodge. The lodge was as described and had everything we needed! Beautiful surroundings and the outdoor bath was a lovely touch, perfect for stargazing! All round a great stay :)

Had a great stay. The cabin is in a good location which is easy to find and a short trip from Edinburgh. The cabin was lovely inside and completely matched the photos. Would be happy to stay here again in the future!

WIr - eine Familie mit drei Kindern - hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft steht auf einer Anlage, die weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten bietet (Pool, Shows,..). Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und die Betten sehr schmall und die Wände sind hellhörig - wie es eben in einem Mobile Home üblich ist. Wir haben die Unterkunft für unsere Ausflüge nach Edinburgh und nach Sterling genutzt. Im Nachbardorf gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tesco, Lidl,..) - 12 Meilen entfernt gibt es einen Tesco SuperStore. Leider gab es nur freies WLAN im Eingangbereich der Anlage (der Ausbau soll bald beginnen). Die Kinder können sich problemlos auf der Anlage sebstständig bewegen. Die Kommunikation mit Hannah war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic weekend at East Rigg Lodges. Mairi and Mitch were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. The croissants and scones upon arrival were a delightful touch, and the homemade honey was so delicious that we couldn’t resist buying a jar to take home. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed, and the stunning scenery right outside the door made it even more special. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends!
