Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

I enjoyed my stay at The Studio. It is well equipped, warm and cosy and a great location.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

We had an amazing stay! Pauline was a lovely and responsive host, making sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was fantastic, with stunning views that made our trip even more special. We really appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

Nicola was a fantastic host, the property is absolutely gorgeous and definitely looks like the pictures. This was such a lovely property in a gorgeous area of the country. Nicola was a helpful, responsive host and couldn’t do more to help us and make our stay as easy as possible. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending Nicola to anybody who comes to Woolacombe. The property is right near the beach, has outside space for wetsuits to be cleaned and dried, there are recommendations from the host for places to eat and things to do (Sri Lankan curry on the beach was an excellent recommendation) and the property itself had plenty of parking. It was quiet and away from the business of the beach, but took less than 5 minutes to walk there. Thank you so much Nicola & family , we really loved our stay!

A beautiful, elegant and quiet space just a short walk to the station and to town. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are thoughtful touches everywhere, such as painted eggs hanging from a little tree to celebrate Easter and an abundance of toiletries in the bathroom. Ideal to stay with a dog as there is a small courtyard, a box full of dog amenities such as toys and towels, plus the beautiful River Exe nearby to walk along. Jaana was an excellent host, contacting us ahead of time to make sure the space was suitable for our baby to visit too (there are furnishings that wouldn’t work with a walking infant/toddler) and full of recommendations of good, dog friendly pubs in the vicinity. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

We had a fabulous stay at Atlantic View. The house was spotless and well equipped. We loved the location - particularly being able to sit and look out across the bay over breakfast or from the hot tub. Sharon was really easy to communicate with, which made us feel very welcome.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

The location is about as central as you can get, with good parking and easy walking to most parts of Sidmouth. The house is well furnished and the bathrooms are very new and very clean. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out and is a great place for family gatherings! The outside kitchen BBQ would be great in Summer; we were there in February and still used the BBQ because it is a great covered area...and the BBQ kit is fantastic....bet BBQ i've ever cooked on. It also great being part of the hotel because there is always someone on hand to help out (we simply needed some more bin bags) Great place to stay for a large group and would stay again.

Our 3 team members really enjoyed their stay. A lovely house, very homely and extremely helpful hosts. We would definitely stay again when working in that area.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and warm. loved the fact I got peacefullness with easy access to public transport, shops in walkable distance and public transport. The place is in a high position so you get great distant views. Decking and decking furniture was great. I had good weather and fell asleep on the deck and dreamed I was in the Carribean!

The Garden Retreat is a perfect sanctuary in Brixham. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of the garden with stunning views over Brixham, bird song and church bells too. Moira has thought of everything to make this place a perfect home from home and we’d love to come back again in future. The Prosecco, beer, milk and supplies were very welcome. We loved our time in Brixham; fantastic restaurants, amazing views and the Fish Market tour and breakfast is not to be missed. Many thanks again Moira x

We've had a wonderful 3 days at Adrienne's. We arrived in Woolacombe around lunch time and we were able to check in straight away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, even a for a cup of coffee. The view form the balcony is stunning, the photos don't do it justice. We loved eating our evening meals by the window. The apartment is a short walk into Woolacombe and the beach. There's is mini golf, lots of places to eat, shops and bars. We would definitely choose to stay here on our next visit.

Really nice little spot right by the beach! Great views and a really peaceful area. Lisa was so lovely and really responsive to any messages. Great communication and clear instructions with check in and check out. Really accommodating for our dog as well and made his first holiday perfect! We couldn't have asked for more 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. We had a lovely comfortable 3 nights at Lynbridge House. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the apartment... The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the kitchen is well equipped....just what you need on a holiday!!! We will definitely book again when we visit the area.

Melanie's place is amazing! A lovely, private, south-facing garden with a panoramic view of the Jurassic coastline, a large, tastefully furnished space, and a short stroll down to the town centre and beach.

The flat was very spacious & beautifully designed. It had everything we needed & was very close to the sea. All the furniture was really comfortable and Karen was a brilliant host

Great stay at Mikes place in Lyme Regis. The location is great for exploring and getting down to the beach. The house is decorated nicely and has great amenities. Mike, the host was super responsive and dropped by to help us out with an issue. Would recommend!
