Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Fantastic place to stay, clean and modern apartment, perfect for our little family. Super close to the beach and even closer to the train station to get into St Ives. We will definitely book again!

Really lovely self contained accommodation within easy walking distance of town. Had everything we needed for a stay away and Chris was helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again

Daniel’s place at Megavissey was all we had hoped for & more. After a covid cancellation we finally made it to Cornwall & Daniel’s place was a perfect base to tour the south west. A stylish & very comfortable apartment with warm & friendly hosts. We will have fond memories of our stay.

Had a lovely short break here and it was a great base to explore Cornwall. Clean, tidy and well put together this flat has everything you need. We brought our little doggy which was amazing. You can hear the sea from the bedroom, because it’s that close! A lovely sound to wake up to. We will definitely be back.

A charming, friendly and immaculate Cornish village, surrounded by beautiful countryside. A hidden gem! If you like walking you’ll be happy here. The Edgcumbe estate is worth exploring with great refreshments at the orangery. In the other direction the coast path to the Cliff top cafe does great breakfasts and cakes. Also use the Deli in kingsand, this has great coffee and snacks. Various pubs, we liked the Devonport and the Bay. Cawsand ferry to Plymouth reliable. If you like Art visit Alma’s Yard in Plymouth! The views in the apartment are fantastic. It’s a great space to relax. Often had the binoculars out watching the boats. It’s very clean and a bright space, if that’s your thing! The only thing I would present as a problem would be the bed in the main bedroom, it was too small and wasn’t that comfortable. Everything else was perfect! Already looked to book next April but dates aren’t out yet! We will be back, thanks Russell a gorgeous apartment. We loved Cawsand x

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

We have just returned from a weekend away staying at this property. It was immaculately presented with lots of personal touches. The host was lovely and extremely responsive to messages. Would happily return and would recommend to others.

Great place in St Ives, very close to all centre and markets. The place was beautiful and very clean. Geeta was really helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

Absolutely lovely nights stay in Sally’s apartment, everything was great and it was a lovely clean apartment. I loved the private gate and parking as it ensured a secure stay and I didn’t need to worry about leaving the car! Sally was also incredibly responsive and helpful with everything. Would definitely stay again!!

Eine schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen, ( mit 4 Personenen, wäre es uns persönlich. zu eng gewesen), mit toller Aussicht und schönem Balkon.Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man gut Wanderungen unternehmen, z. B. zu den Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissy und Portmellon fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Würde diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Would stay again, so quiet, within easy reach to St Ives.

Set in a peaceful quiet location but only minutes away from Penryn and Falmouth. Such a spacious apartment with everything we needed. Super comfy beds and relaxing sofas for the evening. We very much enjoyed the eggs from the chickens and a few leeks from the kitchen garden. Heard owls hooting at night and saw our first swallow of Spring too as well as the gorgeous spring flowers lining the hedgerows nearby.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked very last minute when our holiday abroad fell through and loved St Ives and our stay! The flat has everything you need and is only a short walk into town (even if coming back is a bit of a workout). We were blessed with glorious weather and the kids even went sea swimming in April 😁Alison was helpful and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Sheila’s place. The views are beautiful and it’s a very quick walk down to the beach. The flat is bright and well equipped, and we felt very at home with our daughter (4) as there are lots of children’s books and games. There were also some lovely touches which were thoughtful as well. Thanks for a special stay! We hope to come again.

Lovely stay here. Clean, tidy, well-designed place that felt like a home from home. Hot tub was great, and generally just a nice, chilled place. Area was lovely, 10 minutes from the beach, close to lots of beautiful spots. The Miner’s Arms is worth a visit - 10 minute walk away, great food and good vibe. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere quiet to relax! Thank you for a great stay :)
