great place to stay & a responsive host!

This was our second stay and we will be back! The kids love this place and so do the adults! Great comfy beds, beautiful location. Quiet and relaxed. Fire pit was amazing.

Beds were very comfortable, and the master shower was awesome,kitchen was very well organized and clean. 2 different ways to make coffee. Back patio was very nice. I would definitely stay there again!

My wife, her best friend, and our daughter had a girls night there for birthday. They loved it and want to go back ASAP!

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Cozy place that’s great for a couple or family. The full kitchen was super great to have and everything was clean when we got there! Easy to walk to and from places in Fredericksburg with a nearby grocery store for basics.

We loved this space! Close to the river and comfortable with plenty of beds and rooms for our 3 families.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Fantastic place and fantastic host. Responded almost immediately when I had questions. The space was great inside. Bed was super comfy. The location was great. A half block to the left was a trolley pickup spot. A half block to the right and down the stairs you were at a river shuttle pickup spot. We didn’t have a car and these made it so easy to get around. The rooftop deck was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed for a long Valentine’s Day weekend with my partner, we had the most incredible time and cannot recommend Susanne + the bungalow enough. Susanne was incredibly thoughtful through every part of stay from local food recommendations to friendly check-ins + tasty treats waiting for us on arrival. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will surely be back! Aside from the amazing host, the location is perfect for walking to the Pearl for dinner + shopping and a quick connection to the river walk to explore museums, morning strolls and more. Don’t think twice to book!

Wonderful visit at this beautiful apartment! Beds are all super comfy, wonderful towels, fabulous location, super responsive host. It's our second time using the property for a girls' weekend. I would pack your own wireless speaker if you want music, but we were able to figure out how to pull up some music channels on the tv.

Brandon's place is a one minute walk to the river walk. It is conveniently located. We are walkers and basically parked the car and walked or rode bikes everywhere. We stayed there 3 weeks and ate most of our meals in. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I had a great stay while using Marilyn's place. The moment I walked inside I felt at ease with the soft lighting and relaxing music. The house was clean and organized and really appreciated the personal touch with the welcome not. It was a cold weekend so she made sure I had what I needed to stay warm and comfortable. Overall it's a great place to stay and with some pretty good activities nearby.

Callie responded immediately to any issue we had. The place is gorgeous with an even better view. With an easy access to downtown Fredericksburg. Definitely worth the price to stay!!

Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

The Bandera cabin at the Whiskey Mountain Inn was perfect for us! location was ideal for our trip to Garner State Park while only being minutes away from stores and gas stations in Leakey. our family was very comfortable during our three night stay. we'll definitely recommend to friends and family and try to come back ourselves for future visits.

gorgeous, gorgeous stay. the cabin is elegant and private and pristine, with an absolutely top-tier bed that other hosts should aspire to providing. the hot tub is deep and soothing. feeding the alpacas and donkeys and goats from the palm of my hand was a reminder of how sweet and simple it can be to appreciate every moment. spotted sheep farms is one of those Airbnbs that when i think "I'd go back there," i mean it.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

We were so pleased with our stay! The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. There were so many games and activities, music and movies available for use and Nora and Raul thought of the not-so-little things that we forgot like bug spray, binoculars, and flashlights/lanterns. We even had private river access and were provided with plenty of firewood for the weekend! My kids are teens but there were lots of amenities for little ones - even small rocking chairs, a small kids table, and activities for little ones. We fell in love with the screened in porch - it was spacious with lots of comfy furniture and activities! We will definitely book here again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here! It was so peaceful! They put out feed every morning so we would wake up to multiple deer walking around. We only had a weekend away but I am definitely coming back here when we can have more time to appreciate it.
