I invite you to join me to see Royal palaces and other iconic royal sites, hear personal stories of my experiences with members of the Royal Family and even get to see a piece of Prince William's and Kate's wedding cake! We will start at Trafalgar Square and hear about its history and then move on to see the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the Queen's Life Guard. We then walk along The Mall to St James' Palace and Clarence House where I will tell you tales of Princes William and Harry the night before William's wedding. Next is a short walk to Buckingham Palace where you will have more opportunities to take photos and hear stories of the Royal household. We then walk into picturesque St James' Park where there is a chance to pause (kiosk available for drinks) and look at gifts presented to me by members of the Royal family. On the way to Parliament Square I will tell you all about the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben). The final part of the walk takes us along Whitehall, past Downing Street (home of the Prime Minister) and then to the spot where King Charles 1st was executed. We will finish back at Trafalgar Square Other things to note If on the 2pm walk we will see a shortened Guard change at 4pm. We will have an opportunity on the way for a short stop for you to buy drinks and visit a toilet.

We’ll take a guided tour of the most interesting and characterful pubs in London's Notting Hill and Kensington. We’ll venture away from the tourist routes and explore the backstreets, where the local people drink. These are the same pubs that I still enjoy visiting with my friends and they are well known for their fine beers and good food. We’ll sample the wide variety of wonderful, British, traditional, full-flavoured cask ales (the original craft beers) and modern craft beers that are on offer and experience the friendly atmosphere of these unique establishments. NB. Other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, will also be available. Marvel at the immaculately maintained Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture of these charming neighbourhoods. Spot the numerous blue plaques, identifying the one-time residences of persons of historical interest, such as the detective novelist and playwright, Agatha Christie and American poet, Ezra Pound, and see the home where the triple-Oscar-winning actor, Daniel Day-Lewis, was born. Savour the abundant varieties of plants and trees, as well as the wonderful architectural diversity of the local churches, as we walk between pubs, in what are arguably the most stunningly beautiful neighbourhoods of inner London. We'll provide you with a gorgeous, hand-built British bicycle and a tweed flat cap (caps optional, helmets also available) and we'll set off on an adventure around London’s iconic sights and lesser-known hidden gems. Following back streets and dedicated bike lanes, you'll ride from Big Ben past Westminster Abbey and up to Buckingham Palace, the home of the Queen, where we'll see the Royal Guards in their dapper uniforms. Get ready for an awesome night out in London! We will visit at least 4 great bars/clubs around the West End/ Soho - and go past many of the recognisable hotspots (such as Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown) You'll meet up with a group of like-minded party-ers, ready to explore the night. The West End has a huge range of nightlife gems, which are busy every night. I change up the route each night of the week to ensure we end at the best and busiest club for that day. We start off with smaller bars/pubs to get the night started, before heading to more of the dancey-party venues! We'll spend around an hour in each place and will get to the last club between 12-12.30. Then you're free to party the night away! Other things to note: My Crawls are suited mainly to the younger 18-35yrs crowd (though all are welcome!) The bars are not 'traditional' English Pubs, but more bars & clubs. You will have a guided tour of the 30+ most famous sights in London and also get to see the striking display of the Changing of the King’s Life Guard. Along the way your expert guide will make history come alive with entertaining, informative, and thoroughly gripping tales about life in London. We start in historic Covent Garden, before heading to Trafalgar Square. We go past Admiralty Arch on our way to Whitehall to watch the dazzling display of the Changing of the King’s Lifeguards. We walk down the world famous Mall to St James’s Palace, Buckingham Palace and then on to Parliament Square through beautiful St James’s Park. We see the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Victoria Tower, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. There will be plenty of time to take some photographs of all the sights and even …to see a few Harry Potter filming locations! From Westminster we hop on the underground (tube) to London Bridge where we see Borough Market, Shakespeare’s Globe, The Shard, Tower Bridge, Southwark Cathedral, Tate Modern, the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral. Join us on this walk and be captivated by the tradition, history, and colour of the city's famous 30+ sights. Other things to note Bring a travelcard/Oyster or contactless or Google/Apple pay for the 3 stops on the underground.
