Space had a wonderfully At home feeling & very tastefully decorated. It was very clean,well equipped,nice private porch & centrally located to many points of interest. Host was exceptional in communication.

11/10!!!! Megan’s property exceeded our expectations. Interior had great style, spacious, clean, and well thought out. Safe neighborhood, right off of king street. No negatives from us. Things to note… it is three stories, so if you can’t navigate stairs, not for you ;). There is some street noise at night, but Megan has provided sound machines in bedroom if needed. Will absolutely stay here again if returning to Charleston. :)

First things first, great location! Everything was well within walking distance and very easy to find. Many restaurants and sights just a short walk away. Parking is a couple blocks down the road, but it's not really that far and the parking pass makes it super easy to get in and out of the garage (which is included by the way). There is street parking in front of the building that usually has a spot open that you can use to load and unload your vehicle. Inside was spotless and well decorated. All appliances were clean and functioned as expected. Water pressure in the shower was adequate, but a low in the upstairs sink. Might want to use the first-floor sink if you need pressure (wasn't really that big a deal though. Communication leading up to and during was very helpful. The only negative I really have is the garbage truck pick-up is fairly early in the morning and quite loud, but it's over quickly and definitely not something that would prevent me from staying here again.

Very nice, comfortable, and clean place, kid friendly!!! Only air bnb that I’ve not had to move breakables out of the way of little hands even if the listing said kid friendly. Only downside is that it is in a neighborhood with close housing. We were there on a weekend and somebody in a close yard had a loud party on into the night that you could hear. I imagine this wouldn’t be an issue on a week night.

Clean and was very easy to get to convention center.

We loved staying here and we were very relaxed. Close to beach and golf course walking distance to both. The place is very well kept the only thing that needs attention is the guest bathroom the ceiling is peeling and the water spigot in the shower needs to be replaced. The twin bed in the one room needs attention the bed collapsed while my daughter was sleeping in it. It needs to be better put together between the mattress and box spring. Small things that can be corrected but still a wonderful time!

Very nice place. It was clean, within walking distance of beach, shopping, and restaurants, and immediate neighborhood was in a nice area. Host was very responsive.

Christie was a great host. The home was ample and comfortable…perfect for my husband and myself. It was just as pictured and described. It came with all amenities and was well stocked with a selection of teas and coffee, as well multiple snack offerings. The bathrooms were also well stocked with bath products and toiletries. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Christie!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Folly Beach! Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns das zur Verfügung gestellte Spielzeug, das Sandspielzeug und die Strandstühle gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Kathy is so amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything you need. We were surprised with drinks and snacks upon arrival. The house was fully stocked as if it was my own. We never had a problem during our entire stay there and we will definitely be back ! Very highly recommended! Thank you for everything Kathy!

Great townhouse, very clean and fantastic location. Only 1 and 1/2 miles from the grocery store, restaurants, banks, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Elaine is very responsive in communicating with you. She makes she everything is ok when you check-in, but doesn't stop there. Elaine sent another text the next day after your first night. Her communication during our entire stay was top notch.

We loved our stay! Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight, but that’s to be expected in downtown Charleston! We would stay again.

The Condo was exactly as it was described and was immaculate upon arrival. It felt comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the surrounding area was beautiful! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to vacation on Folly Beach!

This was a great trip and the location was close to lots of restaurants for breakfast/brunch and had a great park close by for our kids. The townhouse itself was perfect for our family of four.

Loved the area and had a great time. We traveled to South Carolina to escape the winter in Pa. The accommodations were everything we expected from the pictures published. Thinking about trying to see about availability next winter.

GREAT HOSTS! GREAT HOUSE! This house was great for us - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Awesome! The place was just like the pictures and more! It is tastefully decorated and becuase of that it felt 'soothing' the moment you walked through the door. ( We were in meetings all day everyday and into the evenings.. so a peaceful/soothing place to return to each day was a huge benefit for us!)... Plus Tiffanie was a rockstar at answering our questions and she went above and beyong giving us suggestions of places to eat . Both Alex and Tiffanie are quick to respond - which was great! We'll be back.

Great place! It was easy to get in. The beds were nice. The place was in a quiet location, and easy to walk to grab coffee or a bite while being conveniently located within a short drive from the downtown attractions. Clint was responsive, and made our check-in and check-out a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Ashley's home on Folly Beach was the perfect spot to gather with friends and ring in the New Year. The kitchen table was large enough for us to gather around and play some of the board games from the house collection. We also took the bicycles for a spin and enjoyed watching birds from the balcony. It's out of the hustle and bustle of Center Street, but close enough to walk back and forth. Ashley checked on us during our stay and was quick to respond to questions.

The home was simply beautiful and more than spacious. Every bathroom had all the amenities, the kitchen has a wonderful open floor plan to the living room, and I loved that there was a spacious bedroom right off the kitchen on the main floor. My guest throughly enjoyed the large bedroom with the walkout balcony! This placed did not fail with anything! It felt so much like home. I’d definitely recommend this place!

The house is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay to be close to everything in Charleston downtown (like 12 mins to children’s museum etc) and to tons of places to eat in the area.
