Great location and property! If you are a snowboarder this is not very “ski in” friendly. The trail was mostly flat and had to walk many times. Ski out is doable on snowboards. Both ways is sort of difficult to find the trail. Other than that this place was in an amazing spot with great views and very close to everything we did! They had a great instruction website that answered all our questions when they came up. Lastly they did not have A/C which was a surprise to us since we aren’t from a mountain town so it got very hot when we were sleeping because the heater worked TOO good, but there was lots of windows that we kept open to mitigate that! We would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay with almost everything we could want from the condo. We had a family of 5 and slept comfortably in the condo and within close proximity to the mountain of Keystone. Overall good stay

Marsha’s place was the perfect place for us. It was conveniently located near several ski resorts and comfortable for our family from the moment we got there. Beds are often a top concern of ours when we travel and we were happy because we all slept comfortably and well while there. It was nice to have a garage both in that we did not have to worry about parking, and for loading our things in and out. We enjoyed the community center and the pool/hot tubs. The kitchen had the tools we needed to be able to cook for ourselves for the week. We found Marsha’s place to be clean, cozy and as advertised. We wish that we always could stay at a place that brought us this type of ease while away from home. The cherry on top of our stay was Marsha herself. We got ourselves into quite the pickle during our stay and with no other options, we called Marsha. She was kind, steady, and helped find a quick solution. We are so thankful!

Toni’s place was great! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, the Village area and downtown. The free shuttle stop is right outside if you want that. There is plenty of space to hang boots, gloves and ski gear, right above a heater, to dry. The kids helped themselves to the sleds when we arrived and played in the parking lot. For the first couple of days, we had 7 adults, 3 kids under 7 and a toddler. It was a little cozy with that size group but the space worked. Toni was very transparent about this at time of rental which we appreciated. After a couple of days, one couple left and it was plenty of room. The kids loved the Murphy beds. This place was a great value. The only constructive feedback I had was the mattress I slept on seemed a little tired but that is me being picky. The location, condition of the property, items in the units made this an incredible value and we would return if the host would have us. Would recommend.

Theresa's place met our needs. The only thing I think we had a problem with. The sleeper sofas were uncomfortable to me, but the rest of the gang did not have a problem.

My girls and I had a fantastic stay at Evelyn and Steve’s place! The whole space was clean and exactly as advertised. There were some “extras” (like soap in the bathrooms, and condiments in the kitchen) that would be wonderful if you happened to forget anything. We loved having the private hot tub and it was conveniently located only steps from the backdoor (so no freezing walk on cold nights)! The townhouse is also located a short walk to Main Street, which we took full advantage of: only 15 minutes to restaurants, ~30 minutes to the other end of the strip. Overall a wonderful stay. Our only complaints (if you could even call them that) were that it took us some searching to find the front door after parking at the garage, and one of the downstairs bathrooms had a fairly slow draining tub/shower. Otherwise, it was perfect! Thanks so much for the great stay - I would definitely book here again!

the location was perfect. close enough to the tourist attractions like garden of the gods and Pike's Peak cog railway and to manitou springs restaurants and shops. and walkable to old colorodo springs restaurants and shops. the only feedback is that the bottom bunk seems to be a bit broken. it made a ton of noise when tossing and turning. otherwise everything was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Convenient location to restaurants, downtown, and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to main street in Roswell.

We had an unexpected trip to Columbia after our mother was rushed to MU Hospital. Despite the very short notice request, our host Bill was incredibly responsive and accommodating and ensured the house was cleaned and ready within hours of contacting him. The house was great and provided plenty of space for the family members rushing in from across the country. Can’t say thanks enough Bill!

I would love to stay here again next year. Alpine Meadow's is right across the street from peak 9 so we just walked to the mountain every day and it probably only took 10 minutes to walk to the entire other side of main street if you wanted to touch every restaurant and bar. Their communication was amazing! The bedroom TV fell over off its stand by accident and they came the next morning with a replacement. The place was clean and had 2.5 baths which was great for 4 skier/snowboarders after the mountain. Highly recommend and price is fair.

This was a lovely place to stay while seeing family in the area was very clean everywhere in the apartment! The bed was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen had everything you would need for you stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself again in the future!!

Do yourself a favor and book the house!! Great location, safe neighborhood, close to everything!!! Great value!! They are super responsive also!! I will definitely recommend them!! Thanks again!

Worked out great for a weekend of sporting events close to the stadiums and plenty of things close by

The house was just as described. It was easy to find and in a great location. The interior was welcoming and clean with very clear and easy to follow instructions. We really appreciated the amenities that were provided. Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely two-bedroom townhouse. It was wonderful that there were two full bathrooms. My sister and I cooked dinner one day and had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location. Back covered deck was a great place for morning coffee and a great place to wind down for the evening. Only thing not as it should be was the ignitor didn't work on the fire table in the front patio area. It's probably just a battery issue but it didn't work. Still say out there one afternoon and enjoyed that too, but a little louder out there because of a busier street in proximity to the location. Over all great place that looks exactly like the photos.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending an event in Plano. The neighborhood was safe for walking. We took advantage of the restaurants within walking distance at the boardwalk and utilized the kitchen when we wanted to stay in. Rosealia was quick to respond. Check in and out was simple. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

Wonderful place and wonderful host! It’s outside of all the busy areas of NWA, but close enough for a quick drive. Michael was a great host and very helpful and accommodating!

Great Airbnb! This is our second time go stay st Trailside retreat. Great location and reasonably priced. Will stay again!

This place is great we had a cleaning miss hap but they took care of as best they could. There is only one TV which is hard for a family of 5 with kids ranging from 18-11. The blinds at the back door didn’t work so that was a bit of a struggle going out on the patio. There is no fans in the bedrooms so if your one that likes a fan I would bring one. The Kitchener’s fully stoked with everything we needed. They had some board games which was nice also.
