Het comfortable studio-appartement bevindt zich in het centrum van Alphen op de begane grond aan de Rijn. De studio is ingericht in een huiselijke stijl met moderne kenmerken, er is een smart- tv en een goed uitgeruste keuken om zelf maaltijden te bereiden. De badkamer heeft een douch toilet en wasmachine. Er is een mooi scala van lunchrooms restaurants en winkels en theater in de directe omgeving. Bus (470)gaat naar luchthaven Schiphol en het trein en busstation is op 8 minuten loop afstand.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water.
