Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

We had a great stay here! The staff and host were very sweet, helpful, and great at communicating! We didn’t stay at the original listing due to some mechanical issues but the place she moved us to was very big and nice! The neighborhood and area of town was perfect and safe.

The apartment is lovely and well maintained!! I will definitely book again. The host is lovely and very hopeful! I felt right at home. Will definitely book again the next time I am in Lusaka.

The space is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I always felt safe and secure during my stay, which is so important, especially when staying long-term. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for peaceful rest and relaxation. Despite the tranquil setting, it's conveniently close to everything you might need in Lusaka—whether it's shopping, dining, or exploring local attractions. The apartment was new and well kept. The host was quite helpful. Lot of works happening in the yard including putting up a swimming pool. Rooms were neat and apartments have a solar back up.

The hosts were very welcoming - very attentive and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with modern amenities and the hosts had even left some treats to enjoy! The apartment is a great place to stay in Chipata - quiet and peaceful, out of the main hustle and bustle of the town. I was there for work and it was the ideal place to stay. Cleaning staff are friendly and there is good security with guards on both day and night. I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to a lodge especially if you like to prepare your own meals and have flexibility. I look forward to going back in the future!

Grace Neo’s place was excellent. It has nice and clean furniture. There is also backup power which helps during load shedding. There is nice showers designs, all rooms and living room have aircons. There was enough parking space. The place was excellent for me and my family

We had a great stay! Right across from the mall and near the urban it was perfect and we were able to visit friends and easily get to the mall. The inside was clean and the house was secure, it was very comfortable. The host was really great about responding and helping us check in and out. They even let us wait inside for half an hour till the bus could pick us up AFTER we had checked out! Would recommend

I highly recommend anyone looking for short or long stay accommodation to really try Grace's place. the apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with basic amenities a traveller may need. Grace is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating and flexible. Her house keepers are also on the premises, and always on hand to help when need arrises. i honestly have nothing negative to say, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Location was key. Host sent help to clean the house daily and responded to inquiries swiftly. From responses, you can tell Reuben is kind hearted and pleasant individual.

Very responsive host. 100% on communication. The place is very secure. Might need to improve on wifi because it was very poor.
