Google maps took me to the wrong location. Dix, who was a very gracious host, responded to my call, gave me specific directions and met me as we arrived. The location was a slice of Heaven, quiet, secluded, peaceful, and very close to the Hot Water Beach. Perfect!!!

We had a great stay at Debbie’s! The accommodation was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Thank you so much Donna for sharing your beautiful little piece of heaven. The place is so much better than we could imagine! The outdoor area is insanely beautiful and with a lot of privacy and the studio is a perfect little beach cottage. We had a great time and can’t recommend it enough!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and welcoming, Amanda's bach had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We were given use of kayaks and bikes, which was an added bonus. Amanda was friendly and responsive, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Very cosy cottage with stunning views towards Cooks Beach. The deck was the greatest asset with sun and shade and a BBQ. Private location, high up the hills, yet close to the owners house. We walked to the beach, easy stroll. Nice white sandy beach and safe for swimming. Margot was an excellent host and the co-host Frida the dog was super cute. We didnt want to leave.....

This was a great place to stay while in Cormandel, there are some animals on the premises including chickens and a goat which were surprisingly quiet and caused no issues for us. The porch/ patio were great to spend time on and the living space was cozy and comfortable.

We had a nice stay at Marie’s place. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were great and Marie was very friendly. The room did get quite warm but the fan definitely helped which was great. The room had everything we needed and a nice view on the small deck at the back.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Tiny House. Es hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Bad. Alles nötige war da, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Ladegeräte. Die Lage ist super, wenn man die Coromandel Halbinsel erkunden möchte. Bei uns hat die Temperatur des Duschwassers variiert (von warm zu kalt wieder zu warm), Julie und Matt haben es sich sofort angesehen und arbeiten an einer Lösung. Beide haben stets sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren sehr freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank!

Lovely, peaceful spot. We stayed here to go for the stargazing & astronomy tour nearby. Clean, comfortable and a short walk to nearby shops. Really good shower pressure & amenities. Would recommend.

Lovely stay - no issues at all. Talei is an excellent host. Will definitely be back when in the area again.

Our third time booking with Amber, this time we had the kids too. The place is surrounded by nature and good location to coromandel. The kids enjoyed watching a kereru in the cabbage tree on our last night. Thanks for having us :)

This place is amazing! Literally 2 minutes drive to the beach and it is so so so peaceful. Hardly anyone at the beach and it was so beautiful. We loved the local takeaways! The house look exactly like the pictures. Lovely and cozy and just the perfect get away space!

Robyn went the extra mile to accommodate us on our chosen dates. Her place is beautifully decorated with everything you will need. Plus it is right on the most beautiful peaceful beach you could imagine. This is a place to either really relax, or thoroughly enjoy the fantastic beach. We will definitely be back to stay.

Amazing guesthouse stay! Attached but private from the owners accommodation, the back of the guesthouse opens out onto the park which was phenomenal for our young kids. The house was child friendly, Sharon and Richard even lent some of their grandkids toys to our kids for the stay! They set up a nice outdoor setting for us to eat our meals outside which we loved. Kitchenette is new and has everything you need. Great bathroom and shower including a warm outdoor shower for post swim clean ups, especially great for the kids! Do not hesitate to book here, we LOVED our stay!

If you are lucky enough to get a booking at Chartre Cottage we believe you will be very happy! Anna-Marie is a lovely generous host, who goes out of her way to provide a wonderful holiday experience! The cottage is also a bed and breakfast and Anna-Marie provides delicious foods for you to prepare yourself when you desire. The kitchenette is well stocked and easy to make simple meals in. The decor is lovely and includes a very comfortable bed, large bathroom, beautiful sitting area with views from the hill overlooking Thames and stunning sunsets. They have two adorable sheep and chickens to add to the fun. She does one of my favorite things hosts do is label the light switches so you don’t have to guess and she has excellent instructions for you to follow as well as good suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. You park right outside your door for easy access. We highly recommend Chartre Cottage for couples who desire to have a peaceful and lovely place to stay for holiday!

We loved this place! Responsive hosts, beautiful location and the place was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone travelling to the Whitianga. We enjoyed the spa and the space felt larger than we expected. Impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was too. Looking forward to posting our catch & cook content at this Air BnB on our Tik Tok too.

Gillian & David were excellent hosts. The place was spotless, modern & tastefully decorated. The view is second to none. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the deck. We celebrated our anniversary which they thoughtfully added a few special touches which made our stay even more memorable. Everything was immaculate. Will definitely be back soon. Such a wonderful place to unwind and relax. There are beautiful views from every corner of the home. Would definitely stay again :)

Truly was a gem of a place. Very peaceful right next to the beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Tina provided excellent directions and communication was very good and easy and she provided great tips for activities and restaurants. Would loved to have stayed longer
