Uiskentuie - nest by the sea

Please note: We do not charge a cleaning fee; check out is 11am or otherwise by arrangement. Hosted by Iain and Virginia, Uiskentuie is ideally located for Napier's beautiful amenities. It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Onslow Point - stunning views

Enjoy stunning sunrises while listening to the ocean & birdlife. Onslow Point on Bluff Hill, directly above Napier City, offering amazing views across the bay to Cape Kidnappers. A well appointed two bedroom apartment, located at street level, above owners 1885 property. Park directly outside and step inside, relax & recharge. Only a short walk or bike into the fabulous deco city. Well known for its amazing architecture, mediterranean climate, cycle trails, cafes, restaurants, wines & shops

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Noir Cottage, a peaceful Black Barn style retreat!

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

Bluff Hill Garden Flat, Breakfast Books & Birdsong

Welcome! With beautiful textiles, furniture and art this peaceful sunny one bedroom flat on Bluff Hill has been newly renovated and is perfect for your weekend in Napier. It has air conditioning to keep you warm and cool and breakfast is included! Please note that the flat has no TV and it has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Whirinaki Beach Escape

Welcome to Whirinaki Beach Escape, the perfect spot to just stop and watch the sunrise over HB. Our cabin is perfect for a few days away to explore what HB has to offer and there is a lot to see. Grab a morning coffee and head across the road the watch the sunrise over the ocean. We are only 15 mins away from town or 5 mins away from Bayview village. Plenty of parking available. We are super dog friendly and our cabin is fully fenced to keep your woofer secured.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
