The property was great ! It had all the necessary amenities for our trip. Even small things such as take out containers, shopping bags and food seasoning that we didn’t have to bring. The location was great, close enough to the beach and surrounded stores. The overall apartment was clean, and extremely convenient. Awesome place stay if you are on holiday.

Naomi's apartment was the best AirBnB that I have stayed in New Zealand! It was brand new with excellent amenities and high quality fittings and furniture! It was absolutely spotless and Naomi provided all the condiments and small personal touches(Milk, Artisan Ice Cream, Nespresso capsules, variety of teas ,etc.) which other hosts overlook. It has it's own secure parking space and an awesome terrace with a Weber BBQ if you're keen to 'braai'. Beaumont street can get quite busy and noisy during the day, but excellent double glazing keeps it reasonably quiet and enjoyed having the air conditioning available when it got quite warm. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and bedding were all top quality. I just wish every AirBnB I stayed in was of this quality and I will definitely stay again if the apartment is available to rent again in future. Simply Spectacular!!

What wonderful Hosts, communication was 100%, helpful & lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this place as a place to stay. We had overseas business people coming & this was literally a home away from home for them, they were impressed & delighted. I would totally use this Air B&B again with no qualms. :-)

Everything was just as I expected. Clean, quiet, and thoughtful. First time I ever encountered a heated towel rack. That was a crazy amazing one of a kind niche discovery. Wow.. What a nice touch. Would recommend!!

We stayed here the weekend of TUM for runners /support crew for the ultramarathon. Plenty of parking, bedrooms, areas to spend time together, huge kitchen, washing machine . Everything you’d need. Colin was very responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

beautiful home located at walking distance to the beach. the home itself was very clean and ammenities provided were awesome especially outdoor deck and bbq area. we loved how open and spacious the house was and would be great for families to stay at! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer than overnight to make the most of the great space!

Beautiful location near walks, reserves and beaches. The pool was much appreciated and clean. Howard our host was fantastic responding to our needs in a timely manner. The ensuites were a bonus for each bedroom. The house was light filled, clean and spacious.

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

The apartment was just what we needed. spacous, clean, tidy and close to the town centre.

Jenny's place was the perfect location for us to explore the area and we had many options of things to do that were within walking distance great restaurants as well and markets to shop at

The house was perfect for my stay. It’s beautifully clean and has everything you need. It’s quiet and comfortable and close to town at the same time as being very private. I’ll come back and I recommend to others.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !
