Phòng xinh, sạch, máy lạnh mát rượi, tủ lạnh ko có nước nhưng Mini Stop ngay bên dưới. Vị trí dễ tìm, ai đi xe hơi có thể đậu ngay bên dưới toà nhà free. Đi bộ có Lotte, trà sữa, highlands, rất tiện. Giường ok sạch sẽ, mong bạn chủ nhà có thể lắp thêm rèm chống nắng.

Căn hộ tại tòa nhà Landmark 81 vừa có cảnh quan đẹp, thoáng, công viên, siêu thị, nhà hàng, quán cà phê quá tuyệt vời. Điểm trừ duy nhất của căn hộ này là có quá nhiều kiến ở khu vực phòng khách, bếp và thậm chí là trong phòng ngủ. Tuy nhiên sau khi mình phun thuốc xịt 2-3 lần thì gần như bớt được 95%. Mình có báo với bạn phụ trách và bạn đã mang phấn đuổi kiến đến, sau đấy thì ổn. Rất mong chủ hộ giải quyết được vấn đề này vì mình hy vọng sẽ đăng ký căn hộ này cho những kỳ nghỉ sắp tới. Bạn phụ trách rất nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh, mình rất thích.

Great place, clean and close to many restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay at the Soho residence. Ha was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or requests. The location is central, close to places of interests, good restaurants and services. It is also easy to find especially when we used Grab services (something like Uber in Vietnam) a lot. The check-in was smooth and the place is clean and as described in the listing. We will definitely come back next time when we visit Saigon.

Good location, about 5-10 mins from Ben Thành and main shopping centres, very clean and new hotel. The host let us check in early and provided extra towels during our stay!

Clean, well kept, super hospitable place for District 2. On a quiet street off of a main road with lots of businesses, easily accessible. Great cafe downstairs. Wonderful value. I’m going back!

Tung and his team are great hosts. It was a tiny bit tricky to check in but once figured out my stay was A-OK. I recommend Tung’s airbnb if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport.

相對於胡志明市，呢一個公寓算係高級公寓，應該有嘅服務都提供你有游泳池，健身室。置身於高級房屋居住感覺。唔錯。

Kim is a very good host. she managed everything very well mannered and in a organized way. there is everything from hob to tissue. there are 2 cute room and a well spacious room. swimming pool is easily accessible. any one can get any thing like food or groceries by grocery and food store which is just in the ground floor of the building.
