We loved our 5-night stay in this gorgeous little cottage! It was picture perfect and exactly as listed. Our hosts were very welcoming and lovely. Georgina sent a helpful email before check-in with instructions and a list of local info. This location was perfect for us to unplug from the normal buzz. At first, our teen wasn't thrilled about disconnecting from technology, but quickly got over it and enjoyed cooking a few meals with me, chatting, and reading a new book. The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean inside and out. The beds are beautiful, fresh and comfortable - the mattresses, covers, pillows, and pure linen sheets are amazing for restful sleeps. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you, Lauren, for a wonderful stay. This was one of the best homes we have stayed in - beautifully presented. Perfectly laid out for a holiday stay for our family. The key to this was the fact that Lauren had taken care of a lot of the smaller touches. Cleaning stuff in the kitchen. Some basics in the pantry and the laundry all set up. We were prepared to pay a premium for the Christmas holidays and in every sense, we received what we paid for. Some of the benefits of Laurens house is that you have access to the garage, the beach is a 150m flat walk, and you can walk for coffee or to the shops if you need to. We had dinner at Spice Den, a short walk away, which was the standout dinner of our trip, but there are lots of good dining choices within a short distance. See you again.

We spent four wonderful nights at Simon and Tammy's upcoming sanctuary, where they were the perfect host, offering us valuable local advice to help us explore and enjoy the area. The house and its surroundings served as an ideal base for immersing ourselves in the earthy, sustainable vibe of the nearby towns. We had access to numerous canoeing spots, nature trails, mountain hikes, and more. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, surrounded by nature. The night sounds were truly spectacular, a stark contrast to the noise of the city we call home. The unpolluted, crystal-clear night sky was an added bonus, especially for our young star-gazing enthusiast. Also, there was no TV which was a blessing as our kids had a much needed detox. The house and gardens were beautiful. we loved the pool and the creek. you can hear the creek flowing from the kitchen and the house has beautiful views from each window. The house is very private but you can hear the odd car travelling down the road. The yard is fully fenced and great for dogs, plenty of space to run around. Sherelle was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time. could have stayed longer!

Staying att Gillians place was a highlight of our vacation, her place is even more stunning in reality. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to have easy access to everything the Byron Shire has to offer and still be able to land back in a house that is comfortable, beautiful and with a feeling of home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay, the house was perfect for our needs. It’s so spacious and well set out. Comfortable and clean furniture, with plenty of options on where to sit and relax. Loved the additional toys available to use in the canal, pool was also great! Location itself was very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Host was lovely and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property for a perfect family getaway in nature. The kitchen is fantastic to cook in, with a great oven and amazing views. The bathroom is just outside the main residence, but the timber deck and showers with a view make it an enjoyable experience. We loved all the quirky artwork and the pool area is the best way to spend a day with the family. Very friendly hosts. Thank you for an incredible weekend.

Wow! What a wonderful stay. Andrea could not have been a better host. The home is large, comfortable, and private - while being super close to a great small cafe and the very pristine South Golden Beach. Would highly recommend!

We had a very peaceful & private stay. Pool was beautiful with the view & it was nice to have the area outside to sit in & relax. It was well stocked & Charmaine was extremely helpful & friendly. Nice touches too with a sourdough loaf waiting for us, butter, jam, honey & milk. Can definitely recommend. Thank you Charmaine.

Incredible house, incredible location, we LOVED everything about it. There are so many amazing features that aren’t even mentioned in the listing. The pool was in such a perfect location, in the sun all day but with shade at the end for parents watching over kids. There was a shelf at the end which was perfect for little ones that aren’t confident at swimming yet. Dani was a friendly and attentive host and all her tips were absolutely spot on. We have already booked again for next year!

excellent house for a large group with plenty of things to do - lovely pool, sauna, paddleboards and row boats. great location close to everything. people sleeping in the smaller bedrooms were quite hot at night without air con, but other than that it was a great stay!

Geri was a lovely host, did everything she could to accomodate us. The place is lovely and very tranquil - great place to unwind and relax. Highly recommend stay here, Geri will do anything she can to make sure the stay is as comfortable as possible!

Nice place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, good aircon, nice backyard to exercise the dog. Basket of treats and lolies welcoming us was a nice gesture. Highly recommend - also quiet neighborhood and perfect for a quiet staying

We loved staying at Tina’s place and we’re so grateful to have a spot so close to an off leash dog beach. Our dogs were in heaven! Tina was super accomodating and relaxed which helped so much to have a true switch off! This part of the world is always a favourite for us.

Olley Apartment is a really special place to stay! We felt spoilt, from the minute we walked in the door. It’s vibrant, beautifully styled and has serene gardens. Loved the art deco style and the ornate, high ceilings. Really recommend a stay here, as it’s well thought out and close to town. Loved our walks at Clarrie Hall Dam, near Uki. Great Botero coffee in town as well as a fresh pasta bar!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful house! It was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was perfect size, amazing layout, stylish, and had everything we needed. We loved staying at Little Bombora! There was plenty of room for our little family of three, in an amazing and private location super close to the beach. Julia was super responsive and made sure we were well looked after. Can’t wait to come back to Casuarina!
