Excelente todo esta increible en el lugar lo unico que podria decir que esta un poquito dificil es llegar por las vueltas de aldea zama quitando eso excelente estadia

Todo muy bien, excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo todo queda cerca, la casa está excelente, anfitrión siempre pendiente y dando opciones, se nos olvidó un objeto personal y nos hicieron favor de mandarlo al aeropuerto. Gracias por todo recomendable al 100%.

Great location in downtown Tulum. Close to coffee shops and super markets. Main road nearby so easy to grab a cab to go to beach area. Host very proactive in communication and very responsive and helpful

Wow, wow, wow! This place was gorgeous- just like the photos! Shawn was an excellent host, very responsive with amazing recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to our adventures. Not only did we get a stylish place to stay, but it also felt like we had concierge service for our guests excursions. The beds were by far the most comfortable we’ve ever had in an air bnb or hotel. The sheets were soft, smooth, and delicious. Can’t recommend Shawn and his gorgeous property enough!!! Thank you Shawn!

Hermoso apartamento! Las camas y almohadas super cómodas, el internet funciona perfecto y esta equipado con todo lo que se precisa! Plancha, secador, cafetera. El entorno es de apartamentos de alquiler, todos edificios nuevos. El auto queda aparcado en la calle pero es muy seguro. No hay ningún servicio a una distancia a pie, se debe usar el auto. Nos encanto el alojamiento, definitivamente lo volveríamos a elegir!

We loved our stay! The place was comfortable and looked just like the photos. Demetrio was incredibly helpful to answer any questions we had. The complex was beautiful with its many pools and was in walking distance to many restaurants and a large grocery store.

Great stay. Really big Apartment with big terracce. And nice location too, with restaurants and shops in a few minutes walking distance.

Rene was a terrific host and the most helpful host ever. I ran an Airbnb for 6 years so I know how hard it is to take that much time to help guests and Rene is just terrific. We went to Tulum to look for property and he is a broker and so very knowledgeable. His place is terrific in terms of size and the facilities are awesome with a jacuzzi/pool and more. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we go back. Pick this place you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic spot! Walkable to a huge grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants, but once you’re inside the condo “building” it’s private and feels secluded by all the jungle trees. We felt very safe our entire stay. The pool area is awesome, lots of spots to lounge in the sun or shade. Gym was great, had everything we needed during our stay. Not just treadmill , lots of weights and machines. The unit itself was easy to find and backed up to the jungle, so even more privacy. Very clean inside with extra towels and linens, enough kitchen items to actually cook a small dinner. In unit washer and dryer was such a plus to have. Yes, there is a little construction noise during the day, it’s not super loud and doesn’t start early or go late. Didn’t bother us at all. WiFi was great, didn’t go out once. Both my husband and I were able to do zoom calls for work with no problems. Aldo and Monica were extremely responsive and accommodating! We will be back!

This place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful and spacious perfect for any occasion. Carla’s team was extremely accommodating and very feared great recommendations for our stay. I would go back next week if I could!

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb with a beautiful balcony and great views! I loved the Airbnb building. The air conditioning was great. A lot of fantastic shops, restaurants and street food near the Airbnb! I felt very safe and the Airbnb hosts were quick to respond to messages. I also got great recommendations for restaurants.

Fantastic building—brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. The stylish interior made it feel like home, and the beds were super comfy. Plenty of amenities, which made the stay even more enjoyable, though I couldn’t find any coffee despite the coffee maker being available. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I’d definitely return!

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful experience. However, getting there was a bit tricky as the road is somewhat complicated, so having a car is definitely a must. Overall, a great place for a Tulum getaway if you're looking for a more secluded jungle vibe!

The Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. It was such a beautiful space to relax and enjoy my vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a good place to stay in tulum. It’s was very close the beach. We had a fantastic stay.

Great stay. Felt safe. Had a guard at the entrance 24/7. Was very clean and location is extremely close to the beach.

Incredible stay. Finding the house was very difficult as each one looks so similar and don't have numbers indicating the houses address. the security on site didnt know much about the property so he couldn't help. We spent 2 hours after sunset outside looking for keys and the right house until manager was able to come and let us in. Manger is very kind and helpful. Private pool was not working but the shared pools were amazing. Excellent stay but I would recommend labeling the front door with numerals to ensure you're at the right place and add a lockbox to store keys instead of hiding them at the property. would be so much more helpful for guests who arrive later.
