Spent a few days here with my family and everything is exactly as the listing states. The house was clean and kitchen well equipped with anything needed. The fenced in back yard and grilling area as well as hot tub were a huge bonus! The location is excellent, just a short walk right to the beach! And last but not least the hosts were wonderful! My children are already asking when we can return and we definitely will be booking again! I highly recommend for the perfect LBI vacation spot!

The property was well furnished, very spacious, and in a very good location. The owner was proactive when a fire broke out several towns over. Arguably one of the best BnB’s I have used and I will use it again whenever I revisit the area.

This house and vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We have been renting in LBI for the past 23 years and this by far was the most fantastic house. Marcee is a wonderful hostess! She and John are friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The house was immaculate and had everything a renter could ask for. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the rooftop deck, had wonderful dinners in the backyard under the pergola, and sat by the firepit. A block from the beach and on a bay block, location was fantastic. We made wonderful memories riding bikes, kayaking, and rested so comfortably in the home. We look forward to many more vacations at this beautiful property.

Chris's home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—everything we needed was within walking distance. Chris was an exceptional host, always easy to communicate with and proactive in reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly. He provided amazing local recommendations and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again.

I stayed here for a week this winter. The place is the perfect size for two or three people to share and the deck is beautiful. I will be back.

Elliot's place was better than the pictures! conveniently located with lots to do and eat in surrounding towns. Our dog loved running up and down the deck and having the electric charger was such piece of mind. Elliot sent great recommendations as well. Very thoughtful Airbnb with fully stocked coffee bar and plenty of blankets and towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Steven's house in LBI. Overall, the house is very comfortable, clean and nicely maintained. The location is great - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house has all the practical things you would need. We were there with our three kids in the off season, and it was a relaxing place to spend a long weekend. Steven was very responsive in communicating. Very easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to return soon, and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again Stephen.

Our Siri app had difficulty finding the place. I blame Siri for that as it was easy enough to find once we parked and walked around. The backyard is a refuge, beautiful and quiet. In door was as good as can be as well. We had breakfast the day we left at the diner suggested, which was good service and good eats. All in all a good place to go to.

Stayed with a large group- host was SO responsive- answered any questions we had (and I had many!) very quickly. Great location right off of LBI.
