Great spot. Ground floor easy access. Walking distance to shops/strand.

Geoffs place is in a great location where you can easily walk to a great number of restaurants and cafes. It was very clean. Just be aware that the unit is on the third floor and there’s only stairs to access. The Aircon in the bedroom is great and there is a very comfortable pillow top mattress and a choice of two types of pillows. I had an unusually good sleep due to the comfort of the Bed. Would definitely stay again when in Townsville.

It is a great accommodation. It met our trip's needs, it is/had: • away from the main streets • good location to visit other town areas • homely and comfortable • necessary items (such as extra bedding, towels, kitchen items, etc) • general kitchen and bathroom essentials (that aren't available at other types of accommodation) • cleaning items and products, etc • good business - customer communication, interaction and arrangements

I am almost reluctant to post this review - it was such a fantastic place to stay, I want to keep it a secret 😉. The unit was better than expected, the photos are good, but in person, the unit is better again. Light and airy, great aircon for those hot days, beautiful surrounds and so close to the tavern. The rate made it affordable to take our family away all together - 4 adults, a 15 year old and our 10 week old grandbaby. There was so much room. It was also a great place to host our extended family who live in Townsville. Lisa surprised us with beautiful Christmas decorations and extra supplies for the bub. We were overwhelmed with her generosity and desire to make our stay special. Lisa was flexible with our arrival, offering to meet us earlier if it suited, and being patient when we got stuck with flooded roads. We felt comfortable communicating with her and she always responded. We will be back! Thanks Lisa!

Mias property was Brilliant. A really nice apartment with everything you need. A comfy bed and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was just perfect. All in all a great place to be. Thank you

Lisa's place was great, had everything we needed as a group of colleagues staying on a work trip. Comfortable, in a nice quiet location. Recommended to anyone looking to stay.

What a gem of a place to stay. The views were mesmerising, multiple entertainment areas, spacious rooms and the 2 lounge rooms were so handy with a large group and 2 toddlers! Wonderful place to stay with kids as Clare and Emanuel have provided so many toys and books. Shade on the pool for most of the day. It made for a very relaxing easy weekend away!

This lovely home was very comfortable, clean and in a convenient spot located close to Townsville city and the Strand. The pool was certainly the highlight with children, it provided hours of fun! Matthew was so very helpful, attentive and accommodated us for an early check-in. We will certainly organise to stay at this home again. We loved it!!

We had 3 families spanning 3 generations to celebrate Xmas. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. With 3 bathrooms, there were no issues using all 3 showers at once. Still plenty of pressure, never ran out of hot water. plenty of space to spread out, it was great to migrate from inside to outside to the pool, to the pool room and repeat in reverse! Would thoroughly recommend!

Perfect for our large family Christmas with 2 seperate 3 bedroom units so plenty of space . Lots of grass for the kids to play on and plenty of parking behind large gated fence so it felt very secure ..
