Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Our stay at the villa was truly worthwhile! It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us, with extra mats to spare. Halos kumpleto na and malinis yung place. The kids also had a great time enjoying the pool. Sir Justin (?), Ms Jessa, and Ate Donna were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for the quality service and overall experience!

We had a quick trip to Puerto Galera and loved discovering this corner of the world! The house is a comfortable beach house perfect for entertaining and just quality time. They had board games and a fussball table too. Our kids loved hanging out in the loft and playing non-iphone games, which we loved. Bathroom towels and beddings were of hotel quality, aircons and heaters functioned well too. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We asked Rose to cook for us for a fee and her liempo was divine! There is a grill in the garden too and we set up the table outdoors to really feel the place. The beach sand is good and we swam in front of the house. The kayaks were a welcome treat and we rowed around in the area. A fantastic stay, from a great house, attentive caretakers and a quiet and beautiful location.

The place is great overall, my family really enjoyed the place. Txyla was very responsive and friendly. Pros: - Beachfront with a beautiful sunset to die for - Caretakers are very friendly and attentive - Fast and reliable internet - Complete kitchen fixtures; icemaker is a big plus! - Fully-airconditioned dining and living room; a must in this summer heat Cons: - We experienced a blackout for an hour, but I believe this is normal based on load capacity in the area. There's a standby genset though but the batt was drained and technician didn't arrive before the electricity came back - Quite a number of stray dogs in the beach area; but they are friendly though and harmless

We had an amazing week at Aidan’s place as a family of 11. Aidan helped us to arrange transportation to/from Manila with private pick up and speed boat. It takes almost 10 minutes to house from the dock but John John, the staff responsible for shopping and the boat helped our youngs and elderns to reach the house everytime we wanted to go to the dock with his ATW. There are 5 friendly on site staff at the house. Ate Jane is the manager of the staff and the chief of the kitchen. She prepared womderful food for us. We had full American breakfast, lunch and diner at the house and everyting was spectacular. We had bbq and fresh catches from the local sea. Marilou helped us for the service and she was super fast and kind. Crew never made we feel like we need privacy. Everytime we needed them they were ready to help and everytime we need time for ourself they were standing by at their own place. Nori&Fred kept the pool and garden always clean. Highly recommended and special thanks to Jane.

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

I have had a great experience staying at Amy's house. The place is quiet as its located inside a small street. the place is clean. Amy also organised a pick up service and greeted us in person us even though we had a late check in. Most importantly, Amy is an honest person, she literally saved my life by preventing me from doing scuba diving as she just realised my flight was scheduled at the same day as the day i am going to do a scuba diving and if i did dive on that day i couldve died due to low cabin pressure on the flight back to sydney. thank you Amy, i really appreciate what youve done and cant recommend Amy's place enough. Guys dont even think about it, just book this place now!

Amazing customer service at Sunset!!

We had a great time a definite hidden gem in Lobo. The location is very private and peaceful. You have your own pool, tv, karaoke, board games that my kids enjoyed. Kitchen is well equipped, it’s true that you will only need to bring the food that you will cook. Looking forward in visiting this place in the future.

One of the cleanest abnb place I've ever been to! The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. The property is very clean, smelled nice, and well kept. Kitchen is well-equipped, pool is clean and well-maintained, awesome setup for the house, rooms airconditioning are great, bathrooms are nice and clean, and we enjoyed staying in the living room where we had karaoke and played some board and card games. There's a helper on site who was very helpful, and the hosts are very responsive to my queries. This place is great for small groups who like a peaceful and quiet vacation. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The place was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach! The caretaker was also incredibly reliable and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. 5/5 stars!

Our second stay here was as great as the first! The home is clean, serene, thoughtfully curated and with a beautiful view of the ocean and overall ambiance. Ate Karen the caretaker provides warm and hospitable service and Melissa is super responsive and a gracious host. Karen helped us arrange a boat ride where we snorkeled and even saw a dolphin! She could have also arranged in-home massages but we ran out of time. Later we found Lawom massage just a few minutes drive from Melissa’s place which we will definitely go back to at future visits! Just a quick drive to Altrove which is our favorite for delicious Italian cuisine.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

It was a perfect place as we are mourning the passing of our mother. The place gave much needed serenity. The caretaker, Ricky is responsive every time we have questions. He is soft spoken and work hard to keep the place pristine especially the lap pool. We were like at home for 3 days , 2 nights. It has the most beautiful sunset. We love the easy access, the clean kitchen amenities. There were several vendors but not intimidating as in other public resorts and beaches. We understand the culture. We politely told each that we are not for merchandizing but for privacy to mourn. We would come back again someday with the rest of the family who didn’t make this first trip. Well first off let me jist say Hats down to Ms.Gabie for being a very nice and responsive host. answered all my makulit queries. Ms. Girlie and Kuya (didnt get his name) were both very attentive to our needs. other airbnbs should learn from them. Anyways the place is uh-mazing! I booked this place hoping my officemates, Ate Boss and my senior citizen mom will like it and no reklamos and I got a thumbs up from them. Eventhough there are no tv's the wifi connection is strong enough for mom to watch at my ate's laptop. Ok na daw sa kanya yon.haha...Basta may paraan lang. The water in the bathrooms are excellent except in the faucet of the first room in front of the beach. But very minimal, Ate Girlie gave us tabo and bins. Tsaka marami hugasan sa labas. Very safe naman and super serene place. Also Ms Gabie gave us more time to check out with no extra fees. Thank you po. We are all thinking of booking the place again for our New Years Eve vacay. Hopefully the place are still available.
