I had an amazing stay at this apartment in KAEC! The place was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The apartment was really nice, spacious, clean, great location / view, and looked exactly like the photos. Sondous was an amazing host, with her attention to the tiny details in beautifully decorating the property and flexibility. I came with my family and had a wonderful time, will not be my last visit hopefully.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Moayed’s The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Moayed was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed and even offering local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The check-in process was smooth, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting KAEC, I’ll definitely be back!

First and most important, the host is great. He is the type of host that I would always look for. The place however is good compared to the other units in there, but the whole Durra is not like how it was.

It was refreshing to have a host who genuinely cares about their guests and ensures everything goes smoothly. The place was good and quiet. This makes our stay more refreshing and relaxing.

The cabin was very clean and very spacious. Location is excellent as you get enough of sandy beach area and your own private pool and a small backyard to sit and have breakfast in. There was plenty of bedding and there was a supermarket close by to get anything needed. The marina has some restaurants and a lovely walking area. It was excellent to be on the ground floor as access to the beach is so much easier. You are told that there is no WiFi and at first we thought that is okay but found it to be the one major drawback. We found it very hard to function without Wifi. Otherwise, everything was good.

Great stay for a no frills, low budget. The location is amazing. It’s right next to the marina and you feel like you’re in a Los Angeles suburb. Palm trees line the streets and glorious sunshine.
