Its just an Ihop. But you can walk to it in minutes. And that is awesome!

Great for breakfast but always busy on the weekends. They are fast most time so a 45-1 hour wait might actually be 30 mins. They will call or text you once your table is ready. Its best to drive to the restaurant and add your name and then go home and wait till you get the text. But you need to be fast or else they'll be quick to give your table away.
