Humbling and harrowing, this military history museum is located in the Central Business District of New Orleans. Filled with artifacts and interactive exhibits, this museum is both informative and entertaining.

I go every year to the WWII museum and I learn something new every visit. Shake hands with local WWII veterans at the entrance. Touch the New Orleans manufactured Higgins boats, game changers on D-Day. Gaze at real WWII aircraft from the ground and from the fourth floor.
