This is right next to the Christuskirche and Alte Feste, as well as the Independence Memorial which is perhaps the most bizarre sight to see in Windhoek. There is a not-great restaurant on the 4th floor and great views over the city. Next door is the old Tintenpalast and parliamentary gardens, a pleasant place to stroll through on hot days.

Located between the Tintenpalast and the Christurskirche. This garden was laid in 1932 and initially known as the Tintenpalast garden. It's a great place for a picnic basjet experience. I love the trees
