Museum set in the only remaining weighlock building explores impact & history of the canal system.
One of a kind building in the world. Weighted canal barges on the Erie Canal.
This is more than just a museum. It has an actual barge, and like some other places I have recommended it's also on the New York Haunted History Trail. It gives you a glimpse into barge life and what the locks looked like. Don't miss if you're into the Eerie Canal
