A great sandy beach with stunning views. The water is the chilly Puget Sound. If you want swimming water, head to Lake Washington.

One of the only beaches in Seattle where you can have an open fire! This beach has it all, sand, beach volleyball, espresso/snack bar, salt water, BBQ grills, playground, bathrooms. We love packing a picnic and biking there.

A beautiful beach with outstanding sunsets. Signs recommend to keep walking; but, if you are staying a good distance from other people, feel free to sit and relax. I have camp chairs and a beach blanket for you to borrow. Jibe Coffee, Little Coney's, Un Bien, and Miri's are all restaurants close by…

Enjoy the breeze as you sit by the beach at this beautiful park. Walk, run, or bike the Burke-Gilman trail to get there

“Green Lake is one of Seattle's most beloved parks. Its expanse of water and green space in the center of a dense urban neighborhood draws thousands of people daily from all over the city. The park serves as a natural preserve for hundreds of species of trees and plants, as well as numerous birds and waterfowl. The 2.8-mile path around the lake provides a perfect recreational spot for runners, bikers, skaters and walkers. Many others use the athletic fields or visit the park for boating, picnics and swimming. ”
