Boulders beach is a quaint, sheltered beach with fascinating rock formations all around. It also serves as an entry point for the penguin colony. If you're going there on a weekend, be sure to get there early to find a good spot.

Cape Town definitely has no shortage of amazing beaches, but Boulders Beach in False Bay offers something extra special – a colony of African Penguins in all their smartly dresses, waddling glory, right under your nose. In fact, it’s the only place in the world where you can get close to African Penguins.
Penguins!! Plenty of them. There is a lovely boardwalk along the coast from Boulders to Seaforth there are jackass penguins along the way with fantastic views of the coast.
Boulders is a very popular beach where you can swim with Penguins. In the high season its very busy.
On the way to Cape Point - see a penguin colony in their natural habitat.
