Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in Brooklyn's back yard. Enjoy 526 acres of meadows, woods, lakes and streams.

A "must see" in the neighborhood. Designed by Frederick Olmstead, it's got fields and meadows, woods and waterfalls, birdwatching (in the daytime) and bat watching (at night). The Prospect Park Zoo is here, the Prospect Park Carousel, and the LeFrak Ice Rink (in winter) and roller rink (when it's too warm for ice skating) and splash pad (in summer).

This is a beautiful park! Great for picnics! They even offer roller skating in the summer and ice skating in the winter! Please inquire about prices. 45 minute train ride!

Designed by the the same landscape architect as Manhattan's Central Park. Prospect Park is a wonder, and a great place to spend a morning or afternoon.

Brooklyn‘s biggest park. It's beautiful and we love it ... but for visitors, it often makes more sense to go to Central Park when they're in Manhattan already.
