If you've never tried baeckeoffe, a traditional Alsatian lamb and oxtail casserole, here's your chance. Cafe D'Alsace serves delicious German-French foods heavy on meat and flavored superbly. Great wine, cider and beer lists, too. The brunches are legendary.
