Check out their website before you go. Rhythms of the night is an enjoyable boat trip. I'm sure they have something to suit your tastes. They aim to please.
We highly recommend the Zodiac tours with Vallarta Adventures. The zodiac is a bit more expensive than the big boats, but they’re smaller and more nimble. They’re also allowed to get a little closer to the whales than the big boats can. Vallarta Adventures has some other fun tours as well.
Vallarta Adventures is Tour and Activity operator. They can arrange all sort of cultural and aquatic activities for you, such as kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, swim with dolphins, scuba diving .
Rhythms of the night, Las Caletas Beach, Zipline , Las Marietas, Dolphin swim,

“Another Option besides Walmart in a cheaper scale just at the entrance of Valle Dorado where you can scape a bit if you feel like eating Mexican food and something more affordable that you will not find in Nuevo Vallarta.”

“Excellent steak with a butcher shop approach. You pick the kind of meat and how much you want and they slice it off and cook it up for you. You can also bring your own wine (they have other beer and beverage options, but if you want wine, you need to bring your own)”
