If you're a beast, do the Mount Constitution trail. It's 8 miles of incline, but again, the views are breath taking, especially on a clear day. If you're not up for the task, drive up and see the summit. It's worth it.
Highest point in the San Juan Islands, great view. It is a bit of a drive, and if you plan on hiking, give yourself 6 hours round trip.
