The Restaurant has direct access through the Hotel but also becomes independent with an outside entrance, that is, even if you are not a guest, we can enjoy the tasty menu and the bar menu that Fuel offers. The food is very good, well cooked, the products are quality and fresh, give priority to local products and have a variety of both hot dishes and traditionally Algarvian desserts! The concept of "healthy & balance" is very present, as well as the best choice of customer preference. Prices are very well achieved in terms of quality / quantity. Average prices, good. The bar, which is also independent, offers lots of options for all tastes, from classic and signature cocktails, as well as the natural juices, smoothies and cafeteria. The staff is very professional and efficient, but I especially like the part of them being relaxed and "friendly", hence we are still more comfortable.
