Take a walk down Montreal's most famous shopping street and discover what downtown has to offer!
This street is where you're going to find everything you need shopping-wise. The highest-end stores are all over this street. Some great restaurants as well.
If you seek a shopping day, walk rue Sainte-Catherine and explore the undergrounds.

“The traditional divide: east-west/french-english, although the lines have blurred greatly now. Referred to locally as "The Main", it still the main north-south artery of the city and, historically the route the immigrant waves moved north as the city grew. Makes for a long but interesting walk from Old Montreal to Jean Talon (the Marche).”

“Vast park with hiking trails, a lake with boat rentals & striking city panoramas. The view of Montréal is phenomenal! The entry is close to the studio: just go up Durocher Street and then left on Ave. des Pins Ouest, until you see the stairs at your left. ”

“French cafe/patisseries. It's a great place for brunch in Westmount. Pastries (especially the croissants) are really good. Coffee is good as well. ”
