Fan of rock'nroll and French variety, this bar is for you. A friendly atmosphere for a drink on Friday or Saturday night. Go ahead from Venus.

Another old school Paris bar where cool people meet on Friday evening. In Summer the people are overflowing into the street.

Hotel
“Though the seeds of change had been sown as far back as the late 2000’s, Pigalle’s neighbourhood makeover was sealed in 2015, with two milestone hotel openings. Jacques Garcia, arguably the most celebrated Parisian interior architect of our times, spectacularly transformed a Belle Époque pleasure house into what is now the chic, five-star Maison Souquet hotel. Meanwhile, Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros, and Olivier Bon, the trio behind the Experimental Cocktail Club (ECC), also unveiled their first hotel, Grand Pigalle. The neighbourhood was finally shedding its once-florid image and blossoming into one of the hottest nightlife destinations in Paris. Now it’s positively de rigueur among the cool Parisian bobo set (bourgeois bohemians).”

“By far the most famous pool in Paris, it’s part of the Hotel Molitor, which is designed to look like an ocean liner. I get such pleasure when I swim here. I love doing laps under the open sky then falling asleep on one of the art deco lounge chairs. And there’s so much history here. It’s where the bikini debuted in 1946. The pool is normally guests only, but booking a spa treatment gets you entry. Or come the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm, when it’s 75 euro for 90 minutes, and includes champagne.”
