An active coast guard area, you can't usually tour the lighthouse but you can get rather close to see the building and the great overlook onto the beach and water below. They have some cool displays about different coast guard rescues and the trip the pilgrims took (before they landed in plymouth)…
Chatham main street and the light house is a real fun go to place. Sometimes the have a band playing at the park on main st.
