These islands are located in Lake Ontario . They are accessible via the Toronto ferry or private water taxis . The islands have beautiful views of Toronto skyline and they also have places to eat and trails for cycling and walking .

Great park for a walk or a picnic. The best spot for a picture of the skyline. You can take the ferry (book online and check schedule) or a taxi boat at Harbour Front.

The gem of this city. Catch the ferry or take a water taxi over. Explore on foot or bicycle. Four different beaches including Toronto's only Nude beach Hanlan's point (always a bit of a party). Center island has an amusement park. Walk the pier and the boardwalk. Explore the neighbourhood of cottages at Ward's Island. Have lunch at the cafe. Play a round of frisbee golf. Most importantly check out the view of the city from here, even better at night! Take snacks, there are washrooms at the firehall. It will be a half to full day adventure.

Take the public ferry or take a faster and slightly more expensive Tiki Taxi to the island at the base of Spadina. Cash only for the Tiki Taxis. Ward's island is more quiet and the beach is smaller. Hanlan's point has the nude beach and has a bigger beach. You can also avoid some of the wildness of the nude beach at Hanlan's as well. Center island is good for kids, as it has a small amusement park area.

Catch a ride to the other side of Toronto for some beautiful views and a beautiful day trip! You can enjoy the food and amusement at Centre Island, or enjoy the many beaches on the islands.
