Affordable & delicious sushi. You choose your own ingredients, kind of like Chipotle... but for sushi! We love it. They have several locations in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, but the one in Beavercreek is closest.

Sushi without seaweed? You can have that! Restaurant chain started here, by young men who used to be in my scout troop. (I'm only a little biased) Make up your roll as you go thru the line. Try it!
