Science and history museum. Fun fact, I used to intern here in the exhibits and graphics department when I was 12-16 years old. You can see zebra muscles, invertebrates, and other things I painted in the first floor exhibits depicting the Milwaukee River and Montana. MPM is still one of my all time favorite museums.

Featuring more than 4.5 million objects and a variety of exciting exhibits, this is considered one of the best natural history museums in the United States. Kohl’s Thank You Thursday allows free admission to the museum the first Thursday of every month.

Natural history museum with exhibits that focus on the native peoples who were settled in the area prior to European influence. The Streets of Olde Milwaukee is a popular exhibit showcasing all the European immigrants who settled in the area.
