The Great Ocean Walk runs along the entire coast of The Great Ocean Road. There are circuits that run through the Aire River Inlet, a 2-minute drive from the Homestead. Park at the bridge at the campsite and walk out to the inlet. You'll see signs for The Great Ocean Walk. Enjoy segments of the GOW to explore breathtaking views.

Apollo Bay is the perfect place for families to take easy walks and rides, being generally flat. Take in the views from Marriners Lookout, walk or cycle the foreshore path between Wild Dog Creek and Marengo. Wander up a beach and connect with the sand and sea or explore the harbour and breakwater by foot. The Marengo Bush Reserve offers a 5km loop walk or for those wanting to experience one of Victoria's most spectacular coastal walks. Apollo Bay marks the beginning of the Great Ocean Walk.
