Walking distance from the Airbnb - Don't be surprised by the line outside. Diners are keen to check out this ultra-trendy Asian barbeque with Japanese and Korean influence. Owners source grass-fed beef from a family ranch in La Pampa (they also own La Carniceria and Chori), so they have meat know-how. Niño Gordo also has a strong cocktail game.

The most Instagrammable restaurant of 2018, Niño Gordo’s design might be the coolest thing to happen to the BA dining scene. If you are the type to complain about why so many of us “only write about Palermo restaurants”, please take note. When you enter Niño Gordo, you ain’t in Soho anymore. On the menu: panceta and chitlin okonomiyaki, miso-chili glazed sweetbreads, and ssamjang sirloin. Like many new restaurants.
