Saint Jacques is an amazing French restaurant just five minutes away. They're in a strip mall, and they're not cheap. We know what you're thinking, but you won't be disappointed.

We visited on a Saturday evening for a special birthday dinner. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. Our server and bartender (both named Anthony) were superb! We started with Escargot and Coquille Saint Jacques and both were excellent. Our entrees were the Duck Magret and the Boeuf Bourguignon. The duck was cooked perfectly and very delicious. The true star of the meal was the Boeuf- my husband said it was one of the best meals he had ever had- and that is saying something! The depth of flavor and the level of richness were spectacular. We had the Smoreve en Chocolate for dessert and it was a perfect French finish to the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, staff and the delicious food. We will definitely return to this North Raleigh gem!

Fantastic French restaurant if you don't mind driving outside the beltline a bit.
