A place that highlights culture. It is worth getting in, having lunch in the restaurant and visiting the library with a good collection of books about Mozambique and many French publications and bimonthly programs available. Um local onde a cultura está em destaque. French cultural center. Lovely garden for lunch near Independence Square. They also have concerts most Fridays and Saturdays.
